1 INTRODUCTION
This specification covers the minimum requirements for the manual valves to be installed in the
Andres LNG Terminal Expansion Project in Cabo Caucedo, Dominican Republic.
In addition to the description in this specification, the related data sheets, drawings, specifications,
codes and standards shall be referred to conduct the detailed design.

2 GENERAL
2.1 Definition
The terms used in this document are given the following meanings:

3 DESIGN REQUIREMENTS
3.1 General
(1) Design of the valve shall at least be in accordance with the requirements of ASME B16.34.
(2) The minimum wall thickness shall not be less than the requirements of ASME B16.34. For
valves outside of the scope, thickness based on theoretical design/review or proof testing
shall be acceptable as per ASME B31.3. Valves shall be designed for a differential pressure
equivalent to the full rating pressure at the minimum design temperature for the rating.
(3) Nominal valve body pressure shall be at least equivalent to flange rating. Flange rating must
be according to piping classes.
(4) End-dimensions shall confirm to following;
 Threaded end : ASME B1.20.1
 Socket welding end : ASME B16.11
 Flanged end
- NPS 24 & under : ASME B16.5
- NPS 26 & over : ASME B16.47 Series A
 Butt-welding end : ASME B16.25
(5) Face to face dimensions for raised face flanged end valves, end to end dimensions for valves
with butt welding ends, ring type joint flanged end valves, shall conform to ASME B 16.10.
For flanges O-ring type flanges shall not be used. API 6D standards shall be used for
measurements.
(6) For body welded process valve, calculation note shall be provided demonstrating allowable
stress according to ASME VIII div 2 in the transitions area are not exceeded;
(7) Except otherwise specified flanged valve ratings 150, 300, 600 will be raised face. Gasket
contact surfaces for all raised faces shall have a serrated finish.
(8) Flanges facing finish shall conform to MSS SP 6.
Flange faces shall be RF and have a serrated smooth surface finish from 125 to 250 μin
AARH. Gasket contact surfaces of RF flanges shall have a serrated smooth surface finish
from 125 to 250 μin AARH.
(9) Fire Safe Design
Soft-seated quarter-turn valves in process unit and hazardous area unit shall be "Fire Safe
Design" in accordance with API St'd 6FA or ISO 10497. Soft-seated ball valves shall have
ball, stem and lever electrostatically grounded to the valve body.

(10) Valve Operating


Gear operator for valves shall be furnished for valves in the pressure ratings and sizes listed
as below:

The gear operator for valves are generally classified as above; however, application of the
gear operator for valves may be changed according to the breakaway torque of valve
operator. Manual valves shall be fitted with a gear-box when the breakaway torque exceeds
150 Nm. The maximum length of a lever shall be 450 mm and the maximum diameter of
hand wheel shall be 750 mm. The maximum torque at the wheel of the gear boxes shall not
exceed 150 Nm. Breakaway forces shall be calculated for the maximum differential pressure
at ambient and cryogenic conditions as per ASME B16.34. Applied load on lever or
handwheel shall be limited to 25 daN.
(11) Chain wheels are not allowed.
(12) The valve design should prevent any humidity ingress into the valve mechanism.
(13) Valve top flange shall be designed to allow a site rotation of the operating device of 90°
(14) For all valves (manual with or without gear, actuated, etc...) open or closed position of the
disc, ball or butterfly shall be locally perceptible. Where required to achieve this, position
indicator will be foreseen.
(15) Pup-piece
Both ends of weld joint type valves shall be provided with pup-pieces to prevent any damage
to the valve seats and for easy welding between a valve and pipes during welding works.
The pup-pieces shall be prepared to have plain ends (for socket welding) or bevel ends (for
butt welding).
The length and material of pup-pieces shall be as specified below or equivalent, and no
circumferential weld is permitted in them. In case welded pipes are used as pup-pieces, they
shall have only one longitudinal seam.
 Length of pup-pieces
- NPS 2 & under : 100 mm
- NPS 3 ~ 8 : 150 mm
- NPS 10 and over : 200 mm
 The material of pup-pieces shall be same as connected pipe
 The schedule of the pup piece shall be the schedule of the adjacent pipe but will not be
less than 40S. The ends of the valve or of the pup-pieces shall be beveled as necessary
to match the pipe schedule. Pipe thickness and tolerance will be in accordance with
ASME B36.10 and ASME B36.19.

(16) Car seal, locking or interlocking devices shall be as per manufacturer standard. Standard
shall be submitted for approval.
(17) Limit Switch
 When required, limit switches shall be provided for remote indication of valve position.
 Switches shall be of the inductive type and suitable for outdoor installation (IP 65
minimum).
 Limit switch leads shall be terminated in a suitable integral junction box, on screw
terminals. "Flying" leads will not be accepted. The junction box must be provided with the
necessary cable glands.
 Where required, the inductive limit switches shall be intrinsically safe explosive in
accordance with the project specification. Contact limit switches must be gold plated.
 End switches shall be of the inductive proximity type and shall be intrinsically safe in
accordance with relevant standards as per project documents. Contact limit switches
must be gold plated. Switches shall be fastened on the stem itself. Installation on gear
shaft or on actuator is not acceptable.
 All electrical components to be installed in hazardous locations shall meet the
requirements of the applicable hazardous locations.
(18) All stainless steel parts shall be internally and externally pickled and passivated before
assembly in according to “ELT-01-EM-TS-0007_ Specification for Chemical Cleaning,
Pickling & Passivation”.
(19) Stainless steel shall be furnished in fully solution annealed condition.

3.2 Non-Cryogenic Valve


This chapter covers valves for use in the pressure operating range of 10 barg through 95 barg in
the temperature range of -45°C up to +85°C.
The valves are distributed in two groups according to the service:
- Group I : Process service – Gas or toxic mediums
- Group II : Utilities – Water, compressed air, Nitrogen

3.2.1 General Requirements


(1) The body of C.S. material with butt-welding ends shall be weldable with a carbon content
of not more than 0.25 %.
(2) Valves in sizes 3 inches and larger shall be bossed, if required by the Contractor/Owner,
drilled, tapped and plugged in accordance with ASME B 16.5.
(3) Where required group I valves shall be fire safe having a secondary metal to metal seal.
(4) Special accessories:
Design of group I valves shall be so that following accessories can be adapted on standard
valves without dismantling of internal parts:

 contact switches
 car-seal or locking devices
 inter-locking device.

3.2.2 Specific Requirements


3.2.2.1 Gate Valve
(1) Body
 Valve shall have full bore ports.
 End flanges shall be cast integral with the body.
 Drain connections in the body shall be furnished. If required, they shall be sized and
located as specified in ASME B 16.5.
(2) Bonnet
 The body to bonnet joint shall be flanged, for valves with series 150 lbs through 600
lbs.
 Bonnet gasket shall be soft iron or of spiral wound type suitable for the pressure
rating of the valve.
 Bonnet flange bolts shall be fully threaded stud bolts with heavy semi-finished
hexagon nuts.
 Bonnet shall be provided with a conical back seat to allow repacking while valve is
in service.
 Bonnet shall be provided with outside screw and yoke and bolted packing gland. For
service water lines, inside screw and union bonnet type valves are also acceptable.
 Rated 900 lbs and 1500 lbs gate valves shall be provided with pressure seal bonnet.
(3) Wedge, Seat, Stem
 Wedge shall be of solid or flexible type.
 Seat ring may be shouldered or bottom seated and shall be threaded or inserted in
the body.
 The non-rising stem of liberal diameter, with long and accurately cut threads shall
have ample engagements with the yoke sleeve.

3.2.2.2 Globe Valve


(1) Body
 End flanges shall be cast integral with the body.
 The body shall have a "perpendicular" pattern construction, with full bore ports.
(2) Bonnet
 The body to bonnet joint shall be flanged for valves with series 150 lbs through 600
lbs.

 Rated 900 lbs or higher globe valves shall be provided with pressure seal bonnet.
 Flanged bonnet shall be provided with soft iron or spiral wound gasket as specified
in the relevant data sheets.
 Bonnet flange bolts shall be fully threaded stud bolts with heavy semi-finished
hexagon nuts.
 Flanged bonnet shall be provided with a back seat to permit repacking while valve is
wide open.
 Bonnet shall comprise a bolted packing gland.
(3) Disc, Seat, Stem
 Disc shall be of plug or ball swivel type.
 For group I valves, flat seated discs are not allowed.
 Seat ring may be shouldered or bottom seated and shall be threaded or inserted in
the body.
 For group I valves, disc and seat will be designed in order to allow throttling without
any vibrations of components.
 The rising stem and disc are held together and disc is allowed to swivel.
 The stem with the external threads shall have long engagement with the yoke
bushing.

3.2.2.3 Swing Check Valve


(1) Body
 End flanges shall be cast integral with the body.
 The body shall have a regular pattern construction with full bore ports.
 Drain connections boss in body at location "G" as per ASME B 16.5 shall be provided.
(2) Cap
 The body to cap joint shall be flanged for valves with series 150 lbs through 600 lbs.
 Rated 900 lbs or higher swing check valves shall be provided with pressure seal
bonnet cap.
 Flanged cap shall be provided with soft iron or spiral wound gasket as specified in
the relevant data sheets.
 Cap flange bolts shall be fully threaded stud bolts with heavy semi-finished hexagon
nuts.
(3) Disc, Seat, Hinge
 The flat seated disc with the hinge and hinge pin assembly is suspended from a
hinge bracket.
 A shoulder or bottom seated type screwed-in or inserted-in body seat ring shall be
provided.

 When required surge protection for pump, 10" swing check valves and over will be
provided with outside lever and lock open provision.

※ Piston type check valve must be provided with spring devices for valve used in all
positions.

3.2.2.4 Ball Valve


(1) Body
 The threaded end and flanges ball valves shall be provided with split-body end entry
or with top entry.
 These valves shall be provided with a top entry enabling dismantling of the ball and
seals with the valve bodies in line.
 The body shall have a short pattern design with valves of series 150 lbs and 300 lbs.
(2) Bonnet
 In top entry patterns, gasket has to be provided between the valve body and the
bonnet or cover.
 In split body, end entry patterns seals are required for each body piece against its
mating piece.
(3) Seats
 All ball shall have soft seats.
 An antistatic device which shall ensure electrical continuity between the ball stem
and valve body is requested.

3.2.2.5 Butterfly Valve


(1) Non-cryogenic butterfly valve construction
 Group I : min. double offset
 Group II : non-offset (concentric)
(2) For group I, B.W. ends valves, dismantling of the sealing components and internal parts
must be possible with the valve bodies in line.

3.3 Cryogenic Valve


3.3.1 General Requirements
(1) Integral or bolted bonnets shall be furnished for all valves. Threaded bonnets are not
acceptable.
(2) Valve body shall be foreseen with an arrow indicating the fluid direction.
(3) The valve or the transition pieces ends shall be designed and inspected following the same
criteria applied to stainless steel pipes for cryogenic application (impact test, 100%
radiographic examination, criteria …) as per ASME B31.3.

(4) Removable parts shall be designed in order to be able to be removed and changed on site
or in the site workshop. For butt weld valves, removable part shall be changed with the
valve in line. Cutting, grinding and welding work are not allowed.
(5) Valves shall be provided with an antistatic device ensuring electrical continuity between the
obturator, stem, body and gear of the valve.
(6) Valves installed in hazardous areas shall be certified for operability in those areas. Valves
shall be fire safe following one recognized standard such as API 6FA or ISO 10497.
(7) Fire safe valve design shall be submitted for Contractor/Owner approval. The selection of
sealing gasket material shall include the consideration of exposure to fire.
(8) Valves shall be provided with a cavity relief device, which shall be self-relieving in order to
ensure the automatic venting of entrapped fluid in overpressure.
(9) For cryogenic service on liquid lines, valve shall be designed to be installed with the stem
vertical or within an angle of maximum ±45° from the vertical.
(10) Where required by the design, valves shall be supplied with extended stem. The length of
the extended bonnet shall be not less than 250 mm measured from the valve centerline to
the spindle gland. Design of the valve and of the extended stem or universal joint shall be
so that standard valves can be adapted on site without dismantling of internal parts.
Replacement of the stem seals shall be possible with the valve in closed position. Extended
bonnet shall be obtained by casting or by forging.
(11) Stuffing Boxes On Top Of Extended Bonnet
 Valve stems shall be sealed by means of a stuffing box packed with preformed rings of
PTFE or graphite for temperatures between -200°C and +232°C; for higher
temperatures Vendor's recommended packing for the service conditions specified shall
be supplied.
 Valve shall have packing suitable for cryogenic service.
 Bolted stuffing boxes shall be supplied.
(12) The Vendor shall state the tightening torques regarding bolting used in body/bonnet
assembly and taking into account the physical phenomena (contraction/relaxation), due to
cooling down, from the ambient to the cryogenic service temperature. In addition, the
Vendor shall calculate the maximum tightening torques of the bolting allowed with respect
of the stress limit of the concerned bolting material, as stated by the Code ASME B31.3.
The torque values shall be mentioned on each arrangement drawing.
(13) Special accessories: design of valves shall be so that following accessories can be installed
on standard cryogenic valves without dismantling of internal parts (submitted to pressure):
 Extended stem: see here above.
 End switches.
 Car seal or locking devices.
 Interlocking device

(14) Valves of 25 Kg and above in weight shall be provided with lifting lugs. The safe working
load of lifting lugs shall exceed the weight of the valve and the actuator.
(15) Valves shall be suitable for outdoor installation and for all weather conditions on the site.
The design of the valve shall be made to ensure the operability for all design conditions
(earthquake (OBE/SSE), wind, etc.)
(16) If the ambient air is saliferous and corrosive, equipment shall withstand special conditions
like heavy condensate, sea water and AFFF (fluorinated tensides) foam. All components
shall be suitable for the conditions.
(17) Maximum insulation level shall be as per dedicated project specification.
(18) Seismic Qualification
 For valve above 2” and for all operated valves, Vendor shall provide seismic calculations
per valve assembly (including bonnet gear and actuators) according the criteria
specified in the following. The Vendor shall provide for all valves seismic calculations
per valve assembly (including bonnet gear and actuators) according to the criteria

 The mechanical operability can be ascertained if the yoke stresses in the weakest
direction are low and the relative deflection is small (to ensure that shaft binding will not
occur).
 The valve body and the valve actuator should not be braced or supported separately.
 The valve body, the yoke and the valve actuator cannot impact or be impacted by nearby
structure.
 The OBE operability criteria shall be checked by the Vendor by a simplified analysis
consisting to apply a 1g load at the center of gravity on the actuator in the yoke’s
weakest direction.
 Where required, the SSE operability criteria shall be checked by the Vendor by a
simplified analysis consisting to apply 3g load at the center of gravity on the actuator in
the yoke’s weakest direction.
 The SSE integrity criteria will be checked by the Vendor by a simplified analysis
consisting to apply 3g load for each component to keep the valve’s integrity.
 If reinforcements are necessary, such reinforcement shall not put any limitation on
operability and maintenance of the valve.
 The seismic calculation shall be submitted to the Contractor/Owner for approval.

(19) Material Requirements


 Prior to fabrication, the Vendor shall submit to Contractor/Owner all fabrication drawings
with material list, calculation notes, Inspection and Test Plan and procedures for review
and approval by Contractor/Owner.
 Material certificates shall be as per project specification but minimum ISO 10474/ EN
10204 3.1 with chemical composition and mechanical characteristics.
 Structural parts shall be delivered with conformity certificates according to the Project
Technical Specification for Steel Works.
 All NDE procedures shall be submitted to Contractor/Owner for review and approval.
 Material certificate shall include as a minimum, excepted otherwise stated, the following
inspection and tests:
- Chemical Composition
A product analysis shall be carried out on 1 piece per heat number. All elements of
the material specification shall be recorded.
Vendor shall prepare an alloy verification procedure for a possible additional PMI to
be used in case of doubt and shall submit it to Contractor/Owner for approval.
- Mechanical properties
Mechanical properties shall be conducted according to the applicable material
specification or standard;
Certificate shall record the measured value and the material specification reference
value.
- Impact Test
Impact testing is mandatory at a maximum temperature of -196°C.
For each lot of material, one test set of three specimens from the base material shall
be impact tested. The lateral expansion shall not be lower than 0.38 mm; other
required tests are in accordance with ASME B16.34.

3.3.2 Specific Requirements


3.3.2.1 Ball Valve
(1) All cryogenic ball valves shall be top entry type.
(2) Valves shall be designed in such way that dismantling of ball and seals is possible with
the valve in line and without action/movement of the line.
(3) Split body valves are forbidden except otherwise specified.
(4) All valves shall be fully bi-directional and shall be bubble tight sealed from either
direction.
(5) Cavity relief system shall be designed to ensure that the release of gas entrapped in
the cavity will be towards the adjacent piping system being at the highest pressure (and
this in all operating and maintenance cases).

(6) The design of valves equipped with soft seated shall be such that the soft seat can be
replaced without removing the valve from the line.
(7) Ball valves shall be full bore or reduced bore.
 Enable a good adjustment of the actuator;
 Show the position of the ball versus the seat.

3.3.2.2 Butterfly Valve


(1) All valves shall be fully bi-directional and shall be bubble tight sealed from either
direction. The butterfly valve shall be constructed in such way that dismantling of sealing
elements and disc are possible when valves bodies are welded in line.
(2) All butterfly valves shall be side-entry or top-entry.
(3) Butterfly valves shall be able to withstand the full rating pressure according ASME
B16.34 in both directions (The maximum differential pressure allowed shall be equal to
the valve rating.).
(4) Shaft shall be eccentric and offset to valve axis.

3.3.2.3 Gate Valve


(1) Gate valves shall be designed according to API 600.
(2) Gate valve shall be full bore except otherwise specified.
(3) All gate valves shall have an “outside screw and yoke” (OSY design) and a bolted gland.
(4) Seat shall be welded type or integral.
(5) Gate valves shall be constructed in such way that dismantling of sealing elements and
disc are possible when valves bodies are welded in line.

3.3.2.4 Globe Valve


(1) Valve of 2” and lower shall be delivered with stellited seat.
(2) Except otherwise specified, globe valve shall have conical discs.
(3) All globe valves shall be designed for tight shut-off and throttling service without
vibration.
(4) All globe valves shall have an “outside screw and yoke” (OSY) design and a bolted
gland.
(5) Except otherwise specified, seat shall be weld in type or integral.
(6) When back seat pressure is too high (according to valve manufacturer standard) double
seat design shall be proposed and submitted to the Contractor/Owner for approval.
(7) The globe valves shall be constructed in such way that dismantling of sealing elements
and disc are possible when valves bodies are welded in line.

3.3.2.5 Check Valve


(1) Piston check valve shall be spring loaded ball/piston type and designed for application
in both horizontal and vertical position.
(2) The check valve shall be full bore except otherwise specified.
(3) All valves shall be sealed tight in reverse direction.
(4) For the swing check valve, the disk shall be hanging from body (never from cover) and
the hinge pin bore shall not be crossing the body wall.
(5) Vertical seat are not allowed.
(6) The welded check valves shall be constructed in such a way that dismantling of internal
parts can be done for maintenance with the check valve in line.

4 WELDING AND REPAIRS


4.1 Welding
Welding and heat treatment shall confirm to “ELT-01-EM-TS-0008_Specification for Welding,
Heat Treatment and Inspection”

4.2 Repairs
Damaged valves are not acceptable. The repair valves are prohibited.

5 INSPECTION AND TESTS


Inspection and tests for valves shall confirm to “ELT-01-EP-TS-0006_ Specification for Inspection
and Test of Piping Material”

6 MARKING
6.1 General
Equipment, valves, instruments and other items shall be identified in accordance with the Project
tagging system. In addition, the valves shall have the marking/certification required by the
applicable Codes, Standards.
In case of gate valves or ball valves then high pressure side to be marked “VENT” to indicate the
venting direction of the cavity relief device;
The symbol "|<" to indicate the preferential tightness direction. The vertical line shall be opposite
to the higher pressure side.
For butt welding valves, the valve number, if any, shall be suffixed with the pipe schedule.
Bolts and nuts shall be identified according to the applicable ASTM standard. Fittings shall be
identified according to MSS-SP-25. In any case, the heat identification is required. The gaskets

shall be identified according to the applicable ASME standard.


Other additional markings may be used at the option of the Contractor.
If paint is used for the marking on stainless steel valves it shall be chlorine and lead free.

6.2 Marking on the Body


Valve body shall be marked with:
(i.) Heat number
(ii.) Sequential item number;
(iii.) Flow direction. (globe and check valves)

6.3 Nameplate
The nameplates shall be installed in accordance with the codes, standards for the related items.
Nameplates shall be stainless steel or aluminum.
The nameplates shall be written in the language(s) specified in the Contract.
The following details shall be indicated on the nameplate:
(i.) Tag number,
(ii.) Manufacturer's name, model number and serial number,
(iii.) Body and trim size, trim characteristics,
(iv.) Body and trim materials,
(v.) Body and flange rating,
(vi.) Type of packing.
(vii.) Year of fabrication
(viii.) Weight.

6.4 Marking on the Accessories


Accessories shall be marked with:
(i.) Tag number,
(ii.) Manufacturer's name, model number and serial number,
(iii.) Operating pressure (if applicable),
(iv.) Area classification (if applicable)

7 PAINTING
Valves shall be painted in accordance with “ELT-01-EM-TS-0006_ Specification for Painting &
Protective Coatings”

8 DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED
Vendor shall ensure that all valves and materials and any fabricated items are received from the
respective supplier with all the pertinent material certificates and approved Inspection Release
Notes (IRN).
The Vendor submits the following documents to Contractor/Owner.
(i.) Documents List
(ii.) Datasheet
(iii.) Assembly Drawing (the maximum tightening torque values of the bolting)
(iv.) Calculation Sheet (Seismic) (for applicable valves)
(v.) Inspection and Test Plan
(vi.) Inspection and Test Procedure
(vii.) Welding Procedure Specification & Procedure Qualification Record (WPS/PQR)
(viii.)Painting Procedure
(ix.) Spare parts list (Commissioning and two (2) years spare parts)
(x.) Material and Performance Test Reports
(xi.) Performance Test Report
(xii.) Packing list
(xiii.)Installation, operation and maintenance manual

9 GUARANTEE
The VENDOR guarantee that the equipment furnished is free from fault in design, workmanship,
and material, and is of sufficient size and capacity, and is of proper material to fulfil satisfactorily
the operating conditions specified.
Any defect in design, material, workmanship or operating characteristics shall be developed during
the mutual agreed period specified on PURCHASER’s Terms & Conditions.
The VENDOR agrees to make all necessary or desirable alterations, repairs, and replacements of
defective equipment, free of charge, and shall pay transportation involved to and from the user's
plant.
No allowance will be made for alterations or repairs made by others without written consent or
approval of supplier.
If the defect or failure to function cannot be corrected, the VENDOR agrees to replace promptly,
free of charge, or to remove the equipment and refund the full purchase price.
In no case will the VENDOR be responsible for contingent liability.

10 PROTECTION FOR SHIPMENT AND HANDLING


10.1 General
(1) All packing shall be in accordance with International Packing standards such as
(2) S.E.I (Syndicat de l’Emballage Industriel) rules or equivalent.
(3) All equipment shall be suitably prepared for the shipment specified and for outdoor storage
for a period of at least twelve (12) months in a manner requiring no disassembly prior to
operation.
(4) VENDOR shall be solely responsible for the adequacy of the preparation for shipment
provisions employed with respect to materials and application.
(5) Equipment shall be completely free of water prior to any shipment preparation.
(6) Adequate protection shall be provided against mechanical damage and atmospheric
corrosion in transit, and for a mutually acceptable period of outdoor storage at jobsite prior
to installation.
(7) All openings shall be sealed tight. All machined and threaded surfaces subjected to
atmospheric corrosion during shipment and site storage shall be coated with an easily
removable rust preventive compound. Those openings that require rust preventative shall be
suitably tagged to indicate the type and nomenclature of the rust preventative used.
(8) All equipment shall be packed, securely anchored, and weather protected for the shipment
method. Separate, loose shall be boxed, and each part individually protected as required.
Each individual container shall be marked both inside and outside with the tag number and
service for which the parts are intended. Each container shall also include a complete Bill of
Materials identifying each parts.
(9) Exposed bolted connections shall be protected by wooden cover plates. Female threaded
connections shall be protected by plugs or plastic inserts and male threaded connections
with threaded caps.
(10) Loose parts such as spare parts and special tools shall be coated and wrapped in heavy
moisture proof paper suitable for long term storage in the warehouse.
(11) For more details, refer to PROJECT Document, 5QP-0900-007 PEC’s Standard Packing
Instruction for Overseas Project of ATTACHMENT #3 in this REQUISITION. If any conflict
exists between S.E.I and the PROJECT Document, the more stringent requirements shall
be applied.

10.2 Quarantine Requirements For Wood Packaging Materials


All wood packing materials for all imported consignments shall be subject to quarantine latest
requirements of International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 (ISPM 15) by the
International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC), under the sole responsibility of the VENDOR.
