6 Greasing of motor to motor & pump bearing Manually
7 Checking alignment of pump & motor Physical
8 Checking vibration of Pump set. Physical
9 Checking leakage from gland if required replace it. Physical
MAIN PUMP - 1
10 Checking of electrical connection of motor. Physical
11 Check cut off setting or pressure switch Visual
12 Greasing of motor to motor & pump bearing Physical
13 Checking alignment of Pump & motor. Physical
14 Checking vibration of Pump set. Physical

DIESEL PUMP - 1
16 Checking of electrical panel connections. Physical
Cleaning of air filter & checking of restriction indicator for filter choke up

18 Checking of oil level, fuel level, if required top up. Visual
19 checking of all hoses, V belt tension & condition. Physical

20 Checking of battery distilled water level & lead connection with gravity test. Physical

21 Check cut in setting of pressure switches. Visual


22 Checking of pipes fittings & supports etc. Visual
23 Checking of pressure gauges working. Visual
Check contactors operation manually by pushing from front side, it should be

25 Checking & testing of hose boxes, hose pipes, nozzles etc. Physical

26 Checking & testing of sprinkler system, Alarm Valve & gong bell. Physical

27 Replacing of all faulty materials. Manually


28 DO 5 S near by area after completion of PM Manually
