Reduction of friction equals a decrease in actual running temperatures. 3. Reduction of temperatures equals a decrease in actual running temperatures. 4. Hi Alex I thought I'd give you an update on Bitron Products being used in Chain Saws. I had told you earlier the saws were running cooler and a noticable increase in power. Glenn had a broken muffler stud on his Huskevarna so he had to tear it down to drill out the broken stud, to his amazement he fond no carbon build up at all (this is unheard of in a two stroke). He told me that another saw, not using Bitron, with about the same hours on it was torn down at the same time and it was carboned up and needed cleaning before putting the head back on. The decision was made to mix Bi-Tron Engine Treatment with our industrial oil, ll all of our air tool oilers, and measure the effect on repair. The amazing results below show a very gratifying savings. Without Bi-Tron: During a six month period the cost of spare parts for air tools was: $ 862.00 per month Labor for repair was: $1,506.00 per month _____________________ TOTAL : $2,369.91 per month (or $28,438.92 per year).

Bi-Tron - Screw Compressor Results: Without Bi-Tron: The oil temperature of PAC 250 screw compressor was running 192 degrees, and its air up to 240 degrees and than shutting off. We had the air and the oil coolers of the compressor serviced, but it continued to automatically shut-off about every one and a half hours. It than stayed off until it cooled down, about one and a quarter hours. The compressor holds 180 quarts of premium oil to the full mark, priced at $7.08 per quart (so the cost of an oil change was $1,274.40). We were changing the oil very often to reduce the down time. With Bi-Tron: We replaced the premium oil with a mixture of industrial oil (165 quarts, $0.88 per quart) blended with approx 8% of Bi-Tron (15 quarts, $20 per quart). The total cost of the replacing mixture of the industrial oil and Bi-Tron was: Industrial oil - 165 quarts x $0.88 = $145.20 Bi-Tron - 15 quarts x $20.00 = $300.00 __________________________________________ TOTAL = $445.20 The oil temperature was reduced from 192 to 160 degrees and the air temperature was reduced from 240 to 200 degrees, and no more shutdowns occurred. The cost of the replaced oil was 165 quarts x $7.08 = $1,274.40 each oil change. Since the industrial oil and Bi-Tron Engine Treatment mixture lasted 15 times longer before we changed it, the savings on the oil alone was more than $19,000, in addition to the considerable savings as a result of almost complete elimination of down time. ==================== Bi-Tron - Effect on 15 Ton Overhead Crane: "I drive a 15 ton overhead crane and my primary operation is to service the Furnace Department melting furnace. I service many of the functions, such as loading the 3 ton electric furnace, tapping the furnace and transferring molten metal from the furnace to the pouring oor. In all of these functions the crane is exposed to extreme temperature ranging from 2950 to 3200 degrees. I have worked for about one year at this occupation and from the very start the crane performed very sluggish and moved slowly making my job more difcult and less accurate in performance.

Even when the lawnmower runs out of gas and is not refilled for 2 to 4 or so days, it will still start with 1 pull of the cord. It sits in an outside shed from September to March or early April. A 7 to 8 month period of inattention. The cutting blade has not been sharpened since I go the mower. When the grass needs a early spring cutting, it usually starts with a couple of pulls, a few time it has taken more pulls for it to start. The gas I bought [5 gallons] in 2007 & added Bitron gas conditioner to after I got the lawnmower lasted until about June 2009 -- no problems, no stale gas, just great results.

Having had experience vintage motorcycle racing in the early '90s, I have been very interested in getting the best engine performance possible, at the least amount of risk to the motor. Wear and friction, which are the bane of racers, is a constant concern when you are racing full out, always at maximum power up hills and top speed down the straightaway. When my sponsor, web designer Mark Terry introduced me to Bi-Tron, I was immediately interested in how it would perform in my 26 year old Volvo 242GT, and my 26 year old Suzuki GS750. I was really surprised at how BiTron quieted down the motor, reduced gear drag and rolling resistance, and gave me 25% better gas mileage. Your Bi-Tron Successes


I drive a 1998 Peter built with a 500 bhp Detroit engine. I am doing long hauls of groceries, mostly with 53 ft. reefer trailers from Langley B.C. & across the Rocky Mountains to Red Deer Alberta. I started using Bi-Tron fuel conditioner on and off in November 2004. I noticed some improvement which I estimated to be around 10-12%. In March 2005 I added the engine treatment and the gear formulation, and that's when I noticed a big lmprovement in engine power. Now the engine runs better and has almost no smoke. The engine and gear train temperatures are also lower, and I do not have to add any additional oil between the 25,000 Km oil changes. My fuel mileage has increased from a 3 month average last year of 2.1 km per liter to a three month average this year of 2.4 km per liter. On my last trip of 2,226 km now on summer fuel I used only 842 liters. This is an average of 2.64 km per liter for the entire trip (over a 25% improvement!). Ed, Chilliwack, B.C.

I want to share my Bi-Tron experience with you. In my 1988 Ford F350 crewcab 4X4, I had phenomenal results! The most note worthy was that my transfer case was vibrating to the point of being able to feel it in the seat and floor boards and you couldn't have a conversation with out shouting. The transmission shop told me I would need to rebuild it at a cost of $800 - $1500! Well, a $20 bottle of Power Train &. Gear Formula and approximately 150 kms later, no more noise and vibration. It was like new! This was done in early Dec 2003 and no problem till present! I have retired this vehicle and replaced it with a 2000 Ford F350 Super duty crewcab 4X4 and I had no hesitation in purchasing this truck with a Vl0 gas tank! Before adding Bi-Tron, on 108 Jitres of fuel I got 444kms around town. After adding Bi- Tron every where possible with my first tank of fuel around town I got the following results; 110 litres of fuel I got 581 kms! that's a 137 kms improvement after the first tank full!
