SUBJECT : Monthly Monitoring the TESDA Livelihood Training

1. References: Memorandum from RD, PRO5 dated December 2, 2021 with


subject same as above.

2. This pertains to the partnership between the PNP and TESDA through a
memorandum of agreement signed July 13, 2021 at the PNP star Lounge, Camp
BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City.

3. The Objective os to primarily provide skills development for PNP personnel


as a group of trainers. Once trained, this group of trainers will provide technical
livelihood skills oppuritunity for indigenous People, former rebels, and other
community members.

4. As one of the focused program of PNP, DPCR has come up with a new
template for easy monitoring of the required data through a structure format.
Likewise, attached is the prescribe new matrix to be followed in submitting respective
reports/updates.

5. Further, for clarity and clearness, initiated activity refers to an activity


conducted by any PNP office/unit which involves PNP funding, logistical and
manpower resources.

6. In this regard, submit your compliance to this office thru email address
pcrsec_catppo@yahoo.com every 14th day of month.
