SUBJECT : Evaluation report re Minor Infraction during Rank Inspection

1. References:
a. PNP Memorandum with subject; Reimplementation of
delinquency Report System dated June 4, 2021; and
b. PNP Memorandum Circular No. 2019-027 with subject:
Enhanced Revitalized PNP Internal Cleansing Strategy.

2. On May 28, 2022, at about 8:30 o’clock in the morning, daily accounting of
personnel was conducted and right after was a surprise inspection of Tamang Bihis. That
during the inspection, PMSg Christian C Rirao was caught to have violated LOI 2005
“Tamang Bihis” (Unshine Buckle)..

3. Based on the copy of the Delinquency Report presented and with the attached
pictures, the infraction stated by PEMS Rolly R Romero MESPO was true and correct.
Further, PMSg Rirao admitted on his explanation that he was not able to shine his buckle.

4. Wherefore, based on the forgoing facts at hand by authority as Admin PCO and
designated as Evaluator (NAPOLCOM Memorandum 2010-003 entitle “Estabishing
Delinquency Report System in the PNP and Institutionalizing Community Service as an
Integral Component thereof”) PMSg Rirao was given consideration on the following
circumstances that he forget to shine his buckle and hurriedly attend the accounting of
personnel.

5. Therefore, recommends the corresponding penalty of fatigue duty hours of one


and a half hours (1 and1/2) to the subject personnel.

6. Respectfully request the approval of para 5.
