I, Armielyn Ursua Largo, hereby declare and confirm that upon receipt of the above stated sum,
being a full and final payment (settlement) in consideration of the Independent Contactor
Agreement dated 22nd November 2021 which is now completed. I have no claim whatsoever and
hereby release, discharge, and exonerate M/S ADDMORE SERVICES LLC from all sums of
outstanding monies, accounts, (proceedings, demands), and claims. (Whatsoever against the
Independent contractor freelance works and other claims whatsoever that we have now or in
future under the related Independent Contractor Agreement and ADDMORE SERVICES are
relieved from all liabilities on account thereof to all intent and purposes).

This declaration is confirmed as binding and signed for and on behalf of the below named
