WHEN AND HOW COMMITTED

WHAT :- Murder, The illegal purposeful, generally planned, taking of another persons life for
your own purposes - whether its anger, money, your job, etchetera that do not include personal,
property or national protection or authorized enforcement of the law or an act of war. Legally,
“murder” is the “unjustified” or illegal killing of a human being. To kill in self-defense is
considered to be justified, if the threat is deadly.

WHEN : Everyone has an inherent right to life. The state cannot even take away that right.
Thus, killing is generally proscribed under penal codes of various states: no one shall arbitrarily
liquidates another’s life or any form of living for which that person is known to survive.

However, there are few good excuses in which murder may be justified on e.g. self-defense,
private and public defense. The law only will favour your argument if “reasonable force” is used
— meaning the force used ought to be directly proportional to the threat or intimidation
unleashed by the attacker. When - a person is killed that is not homicide ,parricide and
infanticide .

WHERE : There are different kinds of murders. Many murders seem to be more about the
person who does the killing than the person who gets killed. There's certainly a subset of murders
that are related to a victim's actions - they're killed in retaliation, revenge, because they witnessed
a crime, because they're an obstacle to the murderer's goals, because they rejected the murderer...
lots of reasons, none of which are really reasons.

You can associate with the sort of people who kill other people, commit crimes, cheat people,
hurt people - all of these things might put you in a situation where another person might decide
to kill you. And then again, sometimes there's just nothing at all that a murdered person has
done.

HOW : By Shooting Jose ‘s Boss because of his anger, If we allow the anger to fester and think
about what happened that made you angry ,it would be like lighting a match and dropping
it on gasoline.

Jose’s case is that he think about what happened is one thing then Jose have come to grips with it
and he shoot his boss.
