Managers/Managers or equivalent grades fro m the departments across the company for redeployment in Flight Operations/Operations Training Divisions o f Operations Department of Air India Ltd . to fill up 13 vacancies in the grade fo Dy . Managers / Managers . Age Limit : 45 years and below as on date of the redeployment notice . Educational Qualifications : Must be in possession of Bachelors degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent i n Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, Instrumentation Engineering . Job Functions : Technical support function of operations department such as Flight Operations, Aircraf t Performance, Technical training, performance training, DG Training, SEP training, etc.. Mode of selection : The selection exercise will comprise of Personal Interview of eligible candidates . Salary, PIT, allowances and other prerequisites : Salary and allowances currently drawn as per the designation and the grade code shall remain th e same for the present . In case of staff belonging to flying category, the placement will be in suitabl e equivalent grade of the ground category for the purpose of salary, allowances & PLI . Seniority : Seniority in the present cadre will be maintained and the candidate will become eligible fo r promotion in the parent cadre as per applicable Promotion Policy . Candidates from all regions / stations may apply . However, on redeployment, outstation candidates will no t be eligible for any station allowance or accommodation . The discretion for redeployment of candidates, who apply in response to this Redeployment Notice, rest s with the Management.
