gating industry. The introduction of Turmocut SR 15 signifies a unique suc-
cess in today's business environment. The ability to increase the life of
knives and grinding stones while decreasing the maintenance effort con-

However, paper is extremely abrasive and in combination with starch it
generates a chemically aggressive layer on the cutting discs and blades.
If this layer is not removed, the starch and fibre deposits lead to corrosion
of the steel material and therefore increases the abrasive wear of the cut-
ting discs and blades. This prolongs the maintenance depending service
life of the machines and decreases the quality of the cutting systems.

Wet, lubricated blades make it possible to cut even through highly adhe-
sive material and prevent any starch and paper fibre deposits efficiently.
The knives are able to maintain their sharpness significantly longer, en-
sure smooth cuts, reduce friction, prevent material from being burned,
sub-standard or damaged.

Turmocut SR 15 – Lubricating oil for the Slitter and Scorer
Cutting Discs Turmocut SR 15 is a lubricating oil based on high-purity hydrocarbons
(close boiling protection). It is a combination of base oil and additives,
which can be used in the food processing industry. It has very good surface
wetting properties, shows excellent lubrication characteristics, dissolves
starch and thus keeps the knives clean and sharp and prolongs the life with
less maintenance. The lubricant is InS/H1 food grade approved.

Turmocut LMI 22 – Cleaning oil for the Corrugating Rolls

Cross Cutter Turmocut LMI 22 is a fully synthetic oil, based on ester for the faster and
easier cleaning of corrugating rolls on the Modul Facer. This heat-
resistant lubricant is NSF/H1 certified and has excellent creeping and
spreading capabilities combined with excellent lubrication properties. As
