Feeding unit

Printing unit

 Three-nozzle gun is standard. Two-nozzle gun is recommended in case of the glue overlap is less

 Vacuum belt transfer with less wear and high feeding accuracy.

 Synchronous transfer of top and bottom high friction needle belt in front section ensures square
feeding.

are rubberized and steel is for the bottom rollers. Conveying gap between top and bottom rollers is
motorized with digital readout.

 High-speed jogging system for final carton correction and squaring.

 Counting and ejecting unit

 This part realizes high-speed counting and ejecting, and mainly consists of collecting unit, auxiliary
collecting unit, collecting table and pushing mechanism.

 Accurate sheets counting with photocell

 Servo motor controls collecting bracket and batching table for accurate sheet batching. Closed-
loop control for servo system, ensuring accuracy and lower impact force

 10~25 sheets per bundle .(Speed/sheets per bundle curve for reference)

 Auxiliary collecting unit ensures enough buffering time for batching at high speed

 Servo driven for conveying rollers and synchronizing with sheet pressing device, brings neat sheets
stacking at exit.

 Strong force blower avoids the sheets up-warp, flow direction can be adjusted and flow rate is
controlled via variable frequency.

 Rubber cushion is assembled to the backstop, reducing the impact to the carton edge and avoiding
damage.

 Ejecting unit

 Upper ejecting unit can be adjusted front and back with the backstop

 Motorized adjustment of height direction position of upper ejecting unit through lifting device.
Upper ejecting unit height adjustment ranges from 100mm to 340mm according to the sheets per
bundle.

 Whole ejecting unit can be adjusted left and right to keep the bundle located in the middle of
machine.

Control system

1) Multi-system Operating Mode

 Control System (1) operation panel electric button operation mode.

 Control system (2) CNC human-machine automatic Simplified Chinese and multi-language
operating mode.

2) Control System.

 Panel Size A, C, E and other various panel size graphics can be numerical input directly.

 For the new order (new printing plate), system will automatically adjust mechanical dimensions
by entering the order size according to the panel pattern in the computer.

 Original orders already stored in the database can be re-sized automatically as long as the number
is entered.

 The thickness storage function for various types of corrugated paperboard (AB/F, A/F, B/F, E/F,

EB/F, EA/F, BB/F, etc.) is available, only need to select corrugating types when entering orders,
each machinery automatic adjust the gap of paperboard.

 The optimized memory function can memorize all kinds of fine-tuned ideal operating conditions
as the basis for adjusting the order for the next manufacturing, ensuring the quality uniformity.
(Including the feed roller gap, the side baffle position, the creasing gap, the phase of each unit, the
pre-creasing gap, the pressure gap and the slot depth, etc.)

 Order store database (stored orders quantity is depending on computer store space), store all the
data related to operation adjustment, and select the number to execute when producing.

 Enter the minimum value for phase difference, gap, position, etc. to the first decimal place
(0.1mm).

 The production process data management function can be connected with the office MIS
(including packaging machine, robotic stacking, and printing warehousing entry).

3) Phase setting adjustment:

 CNC numerical setting automatic mode.

 The value of each HMI is set to automatic mode. (Control table)

 The screen displays the phase value.
