How to convert PowerPoint (with Notes) to PDF

Step 1: Click “View” and “Normal”.

Step 2: Type in your notes to explain the content of your slide.

Step 3: Once your PowerPoint is completed, click “File”.

Step 4: Click “Save As”.

Step 5: Select and click your desired “Folder”.

Step 6: A new “Save As” Window will pop up. Type in the file name and select “PDF” from the
drop-down menu. Click on “Options” button. Please name your document according to your
Project ID number (i.e. 1-23)

Step 7: A new “Options” Window will pop up. Select “Notes pages” from the drop-down menu and
click “OK”. Leave all other settings as default.

Step 8: Click “Save”.

Step 9 : Check that the generated PDF document has both slides and accompanying notes.

Step 9: Copy the PDF document to the correct folder in Project Work Google Shared Drive (by
Category). The link to the folder can be accessed via Project Work Google Site:
https://sites.google.com/hci.edu.sg/hs-pw/home/proposal-evaluation-document-upload-here

You are informed to only ‘drag and drop’ your document in the correct category folder. You are not
to open, edit or delete any documents in the folders. All activities undertaken in Google Drives are
tracked and time-stamped.
