7-1 Overall Block Diagram

 DVD Deck Block

DVD DECK BLOCK
MAIN/DSP BLOCK DVD Deck Block is the mechanism which is consisted of a DVD Deck and cables.
After reading digital data from the DVD or CD, DVD Deck block is sending data to the Main Block.

 Main / DSP Block

Main/DSP Block is consisting of one main micro controller, MPEG IC, DSP IC and circuits.
This Main block control all functions of the HT-X810 and decoding signals and processing signals.
From DECK, USB, Audio input, digital audio input, Bluetooth input, the main MPEG IC is decoding the signal and sends
the video and audio signal to each circuit which is in charge of the function. These blocks also control the motor and door
system of the HT-X810.
DSP Block controls the effect of the sound.

 AMP Block
AMP block is amplifying the small sound signal to large signal.
It is consisted of a PWM modulator IC, power AMP IC and Filter.
From the MPEG IC, digital PCM data is sending to PWM modulator IC. Modulator IC is converting the PCM data to PWM
data.

 Speaker Block
Speaker Block is consisted of two front speakers and wires.

 SMPS Block
AMP BLOCK
SMPS is supplying DC power to each block. SMPS can be connected 110V and 220V (free voltage).
SMPS BLOCK

 Front Block
Front block is consisted of VFD (for displaying character to customer) and Key block (Power, Play, Pause, Skip, Volume,
and Function Key).
SPEAKER BLOCK

 BLUETOOTH/WIRELESS BLOCK
Those blocks are connecting with Main block. Bluetooth block send and receive the data from external Bluetooth
devices. Wireless block is sending the sound data from the Main block to subwoofer block.
