LEGAL NOTICE UNDER AGAINST DEFECTIVE


GOOD/SERVICE

Sir,

I do hereby serve you with the following legal notice:

1. That undersigned is a consumer as I had purchased the


(Lifelong 460 L Frost Free Side by Side Refrigerator Silver,
LLSBSR460) from you, the addressee vides your receipt dated
13th Aug-2022 Order ID: OD225718745286448000 by paying
an amount of Rs 42990/- COD.

2. That the said product/service is not up to the mark due to the


following defect: The product I received which is wrong
product. I did not received the product which has shown in
Flipkart website at the time of I purchased. However, the
product is side by side fridge and left side door has fully empty,
there have no rack systems which is showing in Flipkart, and
inside fridge there have no led lights left side which is showing
in Flipkart. Egg tray has also missed. I have several time
requests for return it, and I received replacement same as

previous one. So that I informed to Flipkart and they taken
request for return and refund 16-Aug-2022 and give
commitment that issue will resolve within 19-Aug-2022, after
that date extended again to 22-Aug-2022 because the Flipkart
customer team taken mentioned wrong details in their
systems, so that someone take a new request for Return &
Refund and taken my all bank details over the call which I have
evidence and they assured me problem will resolve with in
25th Aug-2022, but I did not received any resolution till now. I
need my full refund within 05 working Days, otherwise action
will take under District Consumer Forum and District Court
under section 421 Indian Penal Code.

3. That, I had sent the email regarding my grievance, but all


efforts went into vein. It is further submitted that the above
said act on your part has caused me great loss and damage
besides mental tension, trauma and inconvenience and loss of
value of money.

In such facts and circumstances, as stated herein above in the present


legal notice, I hereby call upon you the addressee, return/refund the

said goods/services immediately within a period of 15 days from the
receipt of this notice, failing which, I shall be constrained to take
shelter of court of law at your cost, damages, compensation, and
consequences, accordingly.
