AFFIDAVIT OF ACCEPTANCE

I, MARIA CRISTINA SANTOS BACAY, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident
of 4025 Purok 4, Riverside, San Francisco, Bulacan, Bulacan, after having duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say that:

1. That a deed of Donation between the undersigned and CONCEPCION S. BACAY


married to NAPOLEON C. BACAY had been made.

2. That I have accepted the portion of the parcel of land given to me by means of
donation, which is more particularly described as follows;
