• Analysis of foundation and structural arrangement.
• Shipping and unshipping (Material Handling)
• Re assent of Boat landing, riser protection and barge bumper.
• In-place, lifting, transportation analyses.

Following are my varied responsibilities from these projects: -

 Equipment Layouts and Emergency escape route, shipping / unshipping (Material handling reports).
 Conceptual Plot Plan, Equipment Layout and outfitting Layout preparation.
 In-water survey, Paint area calculation, weight control report, Dock trails, sea trails reports.
 Material selection, Cost Estimation and Man-hours Estimation.
 Document review based on various codes /Classification society (DNV, BV, AISC, LRS, IRS) and other
Offshore & Onshore Codes.
 Mooring arrangement layouts and Bollard analysis.
 Pad eyes, Smit Bracket, Panama Chock, design and Analysis
 Autodesk Civil 3D Modelling
  Micro station, civil 3D and Revit.

ORGANISATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Role:
 Involved in development of departmental standards and provided training to graduate engineer and SDO’s.
 Structural detail engineering

Block lifting Analysis – FPSOs (Shell Stones, Kraken and Bumi armada Ali) in Sea Sam Genie:
 Proposal Engineering for Upcoming Projects
 Interaction & Coordination with client/vendors/other disciplines
 Presenting (projects mile stones) 30%, 60% and 90% model review to clients.
 Managing a team of 30 people
 Environment: Navisworks review, Genie e, staad pro, AUTOCAD, PDMS.
 Spearheaded activities related to Project Management/Project coordination/Planning ofOil and Gas/Marine
Detail Engineering Projects (Marine) for various overseas clients.
 Leading analysis team for various analyses and weight control report, paint area calculation
 Providing technical solution to disciplines as and when required in consultation with the discipline managers.

 Successfully managed the world’s second FLNG conversion project (Marine – Detail engineering) for a
reputed client in Norway.
 Successfully managed two FPSO conversion projects (Marine – Detail engineering) for a reputed client in
Singapore.
 Coordinated multiple small detail engineering / Structural Stress analysis projects for reputed clients in
Singapore.
 Attended many project review meetings in India as well as Singapore.

 Design and Layout preparation for offshore platforms, Rigs, Steel structures.
 Quality checking of Design and details of steel structural drawings.
 Analysis for the platforms through STAAD Pro modelling and preparing the analyses report
 Plant Engineering, Material Handling Equipment Preparing bill of materials.
 Installation drawings for Drilling Equipment,
 Design and detailing of various platforms, flare tower, pipe racksand analysed in STAAD Pro software.
 Design and Detailing of Crane Pedestals and access platforms with stairs
 Design and Detailing of storage tanks, fuel oil tanks etc.,
 Machinery arrangement and equipment detail drawings
 Detailing of structural components for bulk Material handling equipment.
 Creating 3D blocks models in hyper mesh for analysis in Ansys.
 Quality checking of Design and details of steel structural drawings.
 Coordination with Team Members to achieve targeted goals
Highlights:
 Handled the many analysis in Stadd pro and Ansys software for Transudation (USA)
 Managed Executed many foundation for new equipment.
 Delivered RCA with in short time for 4 rigs.
