Accomplisment Reportin SBM
In line with the move of Department of Education towards the full realization of
DepEd Order no.12 s. of 2014 and DepEd Order no. 13 s. 2016 has the provisions
that schools are provided with financial resources to implement programs, projects,
and activities in their school improvement plan. Through the School-base
management (SBM) teachers and school heads have the authority to formulate their
own professional development plan consistent with the organization’s goals and
standards.
October 2021 became very hectic with the planning and working out of different
programs/project for the Focused Group Discussion (FGD) with SGC, formulation
of policies and guidelines and discussion of SBM tools and enhancement of SIP
reward system.
The Benchmarking activity was held last March 4, 2022, at Doongan Integrated
School, the purpose of which is to welcome our school and others to the SBM
Program.
Up to this day, the SBM endeavor still holds through lots of work to achieve the
best result we could have, and not to mention the stakeholders who are very
generous and supportive of all things that we have done, have been doing and
will be doing in the future.
Our SBM room and other things is now quite ready, still on the process of
beautification but in our hearts we know that our school is nearing its total
improvement.
III. Accomplishment:
Monitoring and assessment of SBM continues up to the present with the
following undertakings:
1.SBM performance reporting
2.Feedback activities with SBM Team Leaders
3.Identifying best practices in the different SBM components and activities
reward system
V. Insights:
The collaborative efforts among the school personnel and school’s internal and
external stakeholders will led to the success of this program. Programs and project
can only be achieved if there is a good partnership and support system.
