Issues or Concerns : 1. Flooding due to clogging of outdated drainage system (just recently
partially updated after the road and drainage rehabilitation of the access
way from Naga Road, Charity and Faith Streets were completed);
2. Delay in the program implementation to rehabilitate the roads and
drainage system on Bliss and Hope Streets, and Love Avenue;
3. Security coverage requirement at the Child Development Center during
normal business/school hours by deploying at least one barangay tanod;
4. Traffic congestion due to indiscriminate parking along the access way
from Naga Road leading to the main gate of the community;
5. The portion of Naga Road between Earth St. and access road leading to
Santos Homes II is covered in darkness at night because of the removal of
the city-provided streetlight in the area.
