A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTIVE AND LEGISLATIVE
AGENDA (ELA) AND CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT AGENDA OF SULTAN
DUMALONDONG, LANAO DEL SUR FOR FY 2023-2025, AS ADOPTED AND
ENDORSED FAVORABLY ENDORSED UNDER MDC RESOLUTION NO.______-2022.

WHEREAS, the Executive-Legislative Agenda (ELA) formulation has been
conducted already consist of issues, consulting with stakeholders, revisiting the LGU
vision and mission, formulating goals and objectives, prioritizing programs, projects,
and capacity development needs, determining legislative requirements, securing
endorsement and approval;
WHEREASE, the importance of the Executive-Legislative Agenda for FY
2023-205 is perceived being a unifying document corresponding to the term of local
elective officials that is developed and mutually agreed upon by both the executive
and legislative departments of this LGU ;

WHEREASE, the ELA serves as the roadmap for Sultan Dumalondong towards
sustainable development;
WHEREASE, the Sangguniang Bayan of this municipality has undergone its
Legislative Agenda FORMULATION WORKSHOP in support to the programs,
project and activities of the LGU leading to the realization of its vision, mission, and
goals;
WHEREASE, as enunciated under Rule X of the Internal Rules of Procedures
of the Sangguniang Bayan, one of the duties and functions of the Sangguniang Bayan
is to enact ordinances, and approve resolutions, and appropriate funds for the general
welfare of the municipality and its inhabitants;
NOW, THEREFORE:

BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN


OF SULTAN DUMALONDONG, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL SUR, BY VIRTUE OF
POWER VESTED IN IT BY LAW, IN SESSION, ASSEMBLED, TO APPROVE THE
EXECUTIVE AND LEGISLATIVE AGENDA (ELA) AND CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT
AGENDA OF SULTAN DUMALONDONG, LANAO DEL SUR FOR FY 2023-2025, AS
ADOPTED AND ENDORSED FAVORABLY ENDORSED UNDER MDC RESOLUTION
NO.______-2022, subject to existing laws, rules and regulations.

ADOPTED this 10th day of October 2022, on motion of JALIL A. PANANDIGAN and
unanimously seconded.

APPROVED, on motion of HON. JALIL A. PANANDIGAN and unanimously


seconded by other Sangguniang Bayan members of Sultan Dumalondong, Lanao Del Sur, in
its Regular Session held on October 10, 2022 approved the resolution:

RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution shall be submitted to the office


of the mayor.
