2 Turn on glass washer
3 Unlock fridges if applicable
4 Turn on lights of fridge
5 Record temperature of fridge - every 4 hours
6 Turn on coffee machine
7 Check coffee machine cleanliness
8 Run coffee machine rinse function
9 Check all beverage expiry dates
10 Prepare juices / Iced teas / sugar syrups
11 Label all opened beverages
12 Replenish bar fridges
13 Prepare garnish / label
14 Collect ice for ice well
15 Prepare tea and coffee Mis en Place
16 Prepare bar counter
17 Check overall cleanliness of bar
18 Check and inform any items "86"
19 Communicate any issue in log book
21 Check all your marble counters are clean
chaeck all connecting devices are wqrking
22 Check the tree need water or need to clean
23 double check your stock
24 Ensure orders have been placed by 11.30am

1 Check for any expired products


2 Record all wastage
3 Label any opened products
4 Dispose of any left over garnishes
5 Dispose of ice from ice well - clean & dry
6 Clean all fridges including the seals
7 Record fridge temperatures
8 Turn off fridge lights
9 Lock fridges if applicable
10 Clean coffee machine & turn off
11 Clean glass washer & turn off
12 Clean bar counter & trays
13 Re-stock fridges
14 Complete bar orders for following day
15 Complete bar inventory
16 Complete bar log book
chaeck all connecting devices on the charger
17 Sweep & mop the floor
18 complete your stock in fridges
19 make the ored for next day
20 double check for all your bar before you leave
