Interpersonal Skills
1. What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses?
My family, friends and pets are my strengths and my weaknesses are my kind
of being softhearted and overthinking about my problems.
2. What do you do when you know you are right and your boss disagrees with you?
I explain it clearly. For example, I know what is right because I search about
what he told me the idea he want to happen for his company. All of his staffs
are agreed to the idea what I comply to my report. I briefly explain it to him
that I did all of my best just to followed what idea he want.
3. If your colleagues had an opportunity to tell us your primary strength what would
that be? And your primary weakness what would that be?
I tell it. I share about that if an opportunity comes to me. I told the reasons
why my family, friends and my pets are my strengths and why my kind of
being softhearted and overthinking about my problems are my weaknesses.
4. As a component of this position, you may have to work on a team on certain
projects. Describe when you’ve worked on a team before and what, in your
opinion constitutes an effective team? What do you expect from others on the
team and what do you need from others on the team?
An effective team to work is having cooperate to each other. I expect their
sincerity, giving time, efforts, and opinions. All I need from my team is their
cooperation.
5. What do you do when others resist of reject your ideas of actions?
I clearly explain my ideas or actions to them until they understand it.
Behavioral
1. Suppose you are in the situation where deadlines and priorities change frequently
and rapidly. How would you handle it?
If I’m in the situation unexpectedly, I ask for a little time to finish and to do
my project perfectly.
2. How do you know when you are stressed? What do you do to de-stress?
When my head getting hurt and when I’m irritated, to de-stress myself I
always listening music and take a cup of coffee.
3. Tell me about a time when you were a part of a great team. What was your part in
making the team effective?
When the team is always updated and full of happiness also if the team was
cooperate to each other. As a member of a team, my part in making the team
effective is being active.
4. Suppose your supervisor asked you to get information for them that you know is
confidential and he/she should not have access to. What would you do?
I will not get the information because it is confidential and every supervisor
should understand proper etiquette in workplace.
5. Describe a time when you performed a task outside your perceived
responsibilities. What was the task? Why did you perceive it to be outside your
responsibilities? What was the outcome?
Wasting my time in playing online games. I had responsibilities to do my
work or job but supposed to be I played online games so that’s why I can’t do
my job or project on time.

Not a book but a bible and I like the words of God.
2. What was the most creative thing you did in your last job?
Making my job perfectly and creative.

Achievement.

Pet’s lover is one of the reason why being veterinary is my ideal job.

1. How would you describe an ideal supervisor?
He/she understand the etiquette of work.
2. What strengths did you rely in your last position to make you successful in your
work?
The struggles that I overcome before.
3. As a supervisor, it is essential to motivate employees in your area. Sometimes this
must be done using non-monetary means. Please describe some creative ways you
have motivated and recognized employees in the past non-monetarily.
No body’s perfect, try and try until you make it perfect.
4. Explain, step by step, how you have coached an employee who had performance
problem.
Talk her/him and teach them the right for doing their performance.
5. If you had to describe your own leadership style as directive, delegating, or
coaching which would you choose? Please explain why giving examples.
Responsible leader, I am who I am and I had a way how to do my
