AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS
We, MARIA ODLUS BAY and NELLIE PATINGLAG BOTIGAN, both of
legal age, Filipinos, married and residents of Liwan West, Rizal, Kalinga, after
having been sworn to according to law hereby depose and say;
1. That we personally know GERALD NGISLAWAN who is our neighbor at
Liwan West, Rizal, Kalinga;
2. That GERALD NGISLAWAN is the recipient of a CERTIFICATE OF LAND
OWNERSHIP AWARD from the Department of Agrarian Reform
particularly CLOA No. 00750811 now covered by TCT No. CLOA-8407
copy of the title is hereto attached as Annex “A”;
3. However the lot that GERALD NGISLAWAN actually tilled is the area
covered by CLOA-00750804 awarded to a certain CLARK PAT-OG and
now covered by TCT No. CLOA T-8400 copy of the Title is hereto attached
as Annex “B” ;
4. That it was only later when they had the Lot tilled by GERALD
NGISLAWAN did they learn that the lot they have been tilling since the
1980s and applied to by him before the DAR as a CLOA Beneficiary was
errenously awarded to CLARK PAT-OG;
5. That we know the foregoing facts being long time neighbors and friends of
GERLAD NGISLAWAN and his family specially his parents;
6. That we are not related to him either by consanguinity or affinity and has
no interest in whatever this affidavit could be of use either directly or
indirectly;
7. That we execute this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing
facts and to seek the cancellation/reformation of TCT No. CLOA T-8400
registered in the name of CLARK PAT-OG and for whatever legal purpose
it may serve.
