Administrative Systems Policies and Procedures

WORLDUCATION

Confidentiality
Every employee must abide by the policies set forth by the business on the handling of personal
data. If an employee violates this policy, they may be terminated from their position and sued under
the company's general policies. Employees must maintain the following information's secrecy when
utilizing the new system.
- Client information
- Financial data
- Employee personal data
- Work email and texts
- Operations in business
- Other relevant information
- Product and service details that have yet to be made public

Anti-discrimination
If the new system is to be used, all employees must be informed of any discriminatory behavior.
Since Worlducation is an international organization with personnel from all over the world, all
employees, and clients ought to be treated equally. There will be no discrimination. All forms of
discrimination must be reported by employees, including, but not limited to:
- Gender discrimination
- Differences in age
- Disability discrimination
- Racial discrimination
