ECE 251 - Lab 6

This laboratory report describes an experiment to design a BCD to excess-3 code converter circuit. The objectives were to understand code converter circuits, learn about BCD to excess-3 converters, and develop skills in circuit construction and logic gate analysis. The procedure involved constructing truth tables, Karnaugh maps, and a circuit diagram for the converter. Questions at the end asked to build an excess-3 to BCD converter by repeating the procedure but in reverse. The conclusions noted that truth tables and K-maps were constructed for both the BCD to excess-3 and excess-3 to BCD converters.
