Description: XSM is an ITSM tool developed by HCL. ITSM (or IT Service Management) refers to all
the activities involved in designing, creating, delivering, supporting and managing the lifecycle of IT
services. At its core is usually a workflow management system for handling incidents, service requests,
problems and changes. IT service management is characterized by adopting a process approach towards
management, focusing on customer needs and IT services for customers.

Roles and Responsibilities: 
 
 Identifying and selecting the automation test cases
 Preparation and Execution of test Script using Selenium WebDriver as per Requirement
 Debugging and Maintaining Test scripts using Java-Selenium
 Enhancement of Hybrid framework in Selenium which includes Data
driven & Page Object Model (POM)

Description: SabreCR is a tool in which user use to make any change in any hotel's website as per
hotel requirement. Using this, user can update hotel information like total no. of rooms, amenities,
location, etc. which will display to the client at hotel website. Using this tool, user can create special
package and promotion codes so that anyone can avail discounted rates and extra benefits at that hotel,
also user can upload the commissions of travel agents through which the hotel gets booked.
