Work in collaboration with the project team and consult with the project sponsor (played by the
trainer and assessor in simulated work conditions) to ensure the projects' progress towards successful

Project 1 – MMI Main Project' Sydney Campus'


Assume that the following scenarios occurred:

compromising on the quality of the furniture for the new campus.
