Greetings.

This is to inform your good office that the documents of Senior High School Dept. with an
LR/PR No. PNC-2022-08-0016 and project title: Purchase of supplies for Biology, Chemistry
and Physics Laboratory shall undergo a reprocess in order to settle its obligation to its
supplier.

The said reprocessing of documents is verified and approved by the office of the General
Service Office upon the recommendation of BAC representative. The delivered chemical
supplies which were utilized during ALCUCOA Level – 3 Accreditation amounting to
97,247.50 shall be charged to OVPAF – Other Supplies: Chemical and Science Laboratory
with the existing budget amounting to 500,000.00.

Attached onto this letter is the original copy of the unprocessed documents for your
reference.

Greetings.

Pamantasan ng Cabuyao underwent a level-3 ALCUCOA Accreditation last March 29-31,

2022. It has decided that the said event shall be conducted face-to-face hence, materials
and supplies needed for such event must be available for the accreditors to see. One of the
requests made during this occasion is the purchase of supplies for Biology, Chemistry and
Physics Laboratory for Senior High School.

In line with this, may we respectfully request to your good office that the documents of
Senior High School Dept. with an LR/PR No. PNC-2022-08-0016 and project title: Purchase
of supplies for Biology, Chemistry and Physics Laboratory shall allow to undergo a reprocess
in order to settle its obligation to its supplier.

The said reprocessing of documents sought the approval of the office of General Services
Office and upon the recommendation of a BAC representative. The delivered supplies
utilized during ALCUCOA amounts to 97,247.50 shall be charged to the budget of OVPAF –
Other Supplies: Chemical and Science Laboratory amounting to 500, 000.00.

Over the past 18 years, the PMGSO has grown to perform an important role in PnC in terms
of serving its stakeholders. In our department, we never stop collaborating with people and
looking for new methods to enhance our services in the pursuit of excellence and quality.

In connection with this, may we respectfully request to your good office for the additional
eight (8) housekeeping personnel to maintain cleanliness, upkeep, and support with the
greening & cleaning program. Additional five (5) multi- skilled maintenance personnel (2
mason, 1 carpenter, 1 electrician, 1 welder) and four (4) semi-skilled maintenance personnel
(painter, electrician, welder) are needed to help with PNC's buildings and facilities
maintenance and repairs. Assist in the physical arrangement of our university, social events,
and other relevant activities.

In keeping with this, may we also seek a raise in compensation for our maintenance staff,
whose daily wage is only 460.00 despite their diligent labor; the real daily compensation for
competent workers is closer to 800.00.

We look forward for your most favorable approval and consideration on this matter. Thank

The 48th NCTC will be a great avenue for Civil Engineers to earn the continuing professional
development units required by RA 10912 (CPD Law). The Technical Program will include
topics on the state-of-the-art civil engineering technologies related to the seven (7) specialty
divisions of PICE, namely: Project Management and Construction Engineering, Geotechnical
Engineering, Structural Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Water Engineering,
Environmental & Energy Engineering, and Civil Engineering Education. This event will also
feature the PICE Construction Technologies, Services and Building Materials Exhibit,
Plenary Session, and Technical Tracks.

In line with this, may I request approval from your office to attend the PICE 48th National
Convention and Technical Conference (Hybrid), which will be held on November 11–12,
2022, with the theme “Civil Engineering and Its Specializations: Responding to Our New
Normal and Foreseeing Our Futures.”

Greetings.

I received a Breakdown of Medicines and Medical Supplies for the Sports Festival last
November 11, 2022 (Friday) noting that "c/o: Engr. Jesse Please take action! Thanks! and it
was signed by sir Niño when we followed up at the city hall regarding the documents, I
informed sir Niño that it was not possible to deliver because there is no Purchase Order yet.
I asked him if it is possible to sell scrap in front of Maam Susan, Sir Niño said "Mag ma-
magic si Engr. Jesse" and I replied, " hindi ganon sir, hindi ko kayang mag magic." On
November 13, 2022 (Sunday), Mr. Jesus informs Mr. Rhoniel in front of sir Niño that there
were no medical supplies yet, and sir Niño replied that it is “okay na”. Monday, November
14, 2022—Mr. Jesus told Engr. Jesse, that no medicine and medical supplies available yet,
and Engr. Jesse arrived to a suggestion to sell scrap otherwise, someone has to cover the
expenses to such needs. Attached are the supporting documents.
