Workout!

The goal for this 7-Day Workout is to help you understand the most
effective and efficient ways to develop Speed, Control & Power!

The 7 Days are scheduled as:

Days 1, 3 & 5 — 8th & 16th Note Exercises (pages 2, 3 & 4)

Days 2, 4 & 6 — 8th & 16th Note Triplet Exercises (pages 5, 6 & 7)

Day 7 — Burnout Challenge (pages 8 & 9)

Be sure to schedule 35-40 minutes each day to complete the scheduled


workout. If you want to experience maximum results and see real growth
you have to be consistent - so, don’t skip any days!

Even though this is a 7-day workout, you can do it as many times as you
like—this is why you have the Practice Log pages. Use these pages to
track your progress each time you do the workout. Keeping detailed
practice notes is one of the most effective tools you can use to organize
your practice time and maximize your potential!
