The Sangguniang Barangay Council of Brgy. Sabang, Naval, Biliran held a meeting on July 7, 2022. They passed Resolution No. 087 requesting the release of 100,000 pesos from the 2022 annual budget development fund for the rehabilitation and improvement of the flood control located along Climaco Road. The resolution was sponsored by council member Isagani Q. Sabondo and was approved by Punong Barangay Climaco A. Trinidado allow funds to address flooding issues during rainy seasons.

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING FOR THE FUND RELEASE FROM THE ANNUAL BUDGET 2022, 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR
THE REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF FLOOD CONTROL IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(P100,000.00) OF BARANGAY SABANG, NAVAL, BILIRAN.

Chair. Comm. on Infrastructure

WHEREAS: Barangay Sabang has an existing Flood Control located at Climaco Road, but it needs an improvement;

WHEREAS: During rainy seasons, accumulated rainfall needs a Flood Control to pass its way to our natural water ways;

WHEREAS: the water from irrigations or from farm will be routed through this canal;

WHEREAS: it will minimize if not eradicate accumulation of water flooding;

THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Isagani Q. Sabondo, duly seconded by Hon. Allan C. Cezar, be it ;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to RELEASE FUND for the realization of the said project.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to submit this resolution immediately to any concerned offices for its approval and validation.
