1. REFERENCE/S:

a.) Reference: PDL Welfare and Development Program under the


mandate of Bureau of Jail Management and Penology;
paragraph – A. Provision of Basic Needs.

2. MISSION/PURPOSE: This activity aims to uplift and boost the morale of our
clients by celebrating their birthdays in the absence of their loved
ones by filling up their special days in a simple celebration.

3. PLACE/S COVERED: Food Service Management Unit (Kitchen Area)

4. DATE COVERED: September 26, 2022

5. PARTICIPANTS: one (1) Food Service Management Officer and twelve (12)
Persons Deprived of Liberty

6. NARRATIVE:
a) In connection with the above subject and reference, please be
informed that with the initiative of JSUPT EMMANUEL A TOLENTINO, MPM, City Jail
Warden, JO2 Odin B Camangan, Chief, Basic Needs Unit, continuously implemented the
“Birthday Mo, Sagot Ko” Program to two (2) kitchen aides for the month of August
which celebrated by other ten (10) kitchen aides, monitored by JO1 Viere L Patawig at
1:30PM of September 26, 2022 held at Food Service Area. Such activity will boost their
morale in celebrating their special days even without their love ones.

7. ISSUES/CONCERNS/RECOMMENDATIONS:
a. No untoward incident happened.
