OUR MISSION

Our dynamic team serves the college community by providing training, research, and flexible
support services. Through creative problem solving, collaboration, and reflection we provide
an environment for growth in teaching and learning in an effort to best support our students,
faculty and staff.

Teachnook provides support and information to distance learners as well as on-campus

students in hybrid and web-enhanced classes. Academic divisions offer many credit courses
and curricula through several non-traditional delivery modes, including fully online and
hybrid learning.

These delivery modes bring new learning options and opportunities to students who have
diverse learning styles, those who require flexibility in their schedules, and those who do not
live within commuting distance. Students can receive specific certificates through fully online
courses.

Teachnook proudly offers both credit and non-credit e-learning courses that require few (if
any) on-campus visits. Online courses use computer technologies that translate traditional
classroom instruction into learning in new and innovative ways. Classes are designed to
provide close interaction with instructors when and where it best serves student needs.

eLearning classes utilize technology and cover the same material as on-campus classes. Most
of teachnook e-Learning courses start at the beginning of the quarter and end at the same time
as on-campus courses. Credits earned through online courses are transferable and appear on
transcripts just like any other class.

lOMoARcPSD|19943785

 Companies who adopt e-learning tools for their training generate about 26% more
revenue per employee as opposed to those who don’t. Also, since e-learning has
proved to be more effective in terms of retention (not only cost),
 Due to the number of devices available and the continuous expansion of internet and
mobile networks across the world, distance has long since become moot as a barrier
for effective communication. And this definitely impacts of e-learning directly, as now
the opportunities for students the world over to access world-class content

becoming easier by the day.
 It has definitely already changed the way we approach knowledge and
skill acquisition in e-learning industries.

What is Campus Ambassador?

A campus ambassador is a student representative for organisation, tasked with the job of
advertising the organisation on their campus.

Campus Ambassadors (CA) act as the connection between a company and the university they
are studying in. They are the main and direct contact with the company and are the voice of
the company on their campus, they have all the right contacts, with both, students and the
faculty. The best part about this link is that a member of the university need not approach the
company directly, they can approach the ambassador, the campus ambassador program is
much more approachable and accessible than the company. They can be of great assistance
due to the responsibility they carry.

A Campus Ambassador has the responsibility of endorsing the company that they are tied up
with. To do so, the following duties have to be performed by them in their respective
campuses

lOMoARcPSD|19943785

Job Responsibilities

 What Does a Campus Ambassador do?

A Campus Ambassador has the responsibility of endorsing the company that they are tied up
with. To do so, the following duties have to be performed by them in their respective
campuses

 Spread awareness about their product in service and the student community
 Organize events on the campus promoting the company. These events can be
interactive by hosting questionnaires to clear any doubts that their fellow
students might have about the company.
 To provide product demonstrations. They might also hold seminars and
workshops to help students understand the true value of their product

Page | 22

Downloaded by nikhil garad (nikhil.garad1@gmail.com)

lOMoARcPSD|19943785

 They also need to develop campus-specific marketing and outreach

programs/campaigns. Companies often require their ambassadors to collect
valuable feedback from the university about the company itself.

Spread Awareness:
With most Indian campuses closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, organising campus
ambassador programs has difficult for marketers. This situation calls for adopting a hybrid
approach to campus marketing. This involves using a mix of online engagements and on-
ground activities. Here’s how I do this.

Social Media Marketing:

The term social media marketing (SMM) refers to the use of social media and social
networks to market a company’s products and services. Social media marketing provides
companies with a way to engage with existing customers and reach new ones while allowing
them to promote their desired culture, mission, or tone. Social media marketing has purpose-
built data analytics tools that allow marketers to track the success of their efforts.
Social media websites allow marketers to employ a broad range of tactics and strategies to
promote content and have people engage with it. Many social networks allow users to
provide detailed geographical, demographic, and personal information, which enables
marketers to tailor their messages to what is most likely to resonate with users.

As a Campus Ambassador provide to student’s brand videos and social media posts and
encouraged them to share on social media to enhance visibility among their classmates.

Email communication: Make available well-designed emailers to send to their college

friends to draw participation in contests and online events organized as part of the program.

Organize Online Events:

Page | 23

lOMoARcPSD|19943785

Bring a small group of people together by webinar and zoom meeting online event. Make
these online events fun-filled and share their recording on social media to ensure increased
participation in future events. Allowing question answer session to students to clarify all the
doubts and query’s

STUDY ON DATA ANALYTICS

 What does data analyst do?

A data analyst is a person whose job is to gather and interpret data in order to solve a specific
problem. The role includes plenty of time spent with data, but entails communicating findings
too.

 Gather data: Analysts often collect data themselves. This could include conducting
surveys, tracking visitor characteristics on a company website, or buying datasets from data
collection specialists.

Page | 25

Downloaded by nikhil garad (nikhil.garad1@gmail.com)

lOMoARcPSD|19943785

 Clean data: Raw data might contain duplicates, errors, or outliers. Cleaning the data
means maintaining the quality of data in a spreadsheet or through a programming language so
that your interpretations won’t be wrong or skewed.

 Model data: This entails creating and designing the structures of a database. You might
choose what types of data to store and collect, establish how data categories are related to each
other, and work through how the data actually appears.
 Interpret data: Interpreting data will involve finding patterns or trends in data that will
help you answer the question at hand.
 Present: Communicating the results of your findings will be a key part of your job. You
do this by putting together visualizations like charts and graphs, writing reports, and presenting
information to interested parties.

DATA COLLECTION

The analysis entailed assembling both primary and secondary data.

Primary Data
Data is obtained individually for precise work through analysis. The survey was developed to
assemble knowledge of the firm.
Secondary Data
It is the second-hand data raised by student with is inferred through the Google Form
Data Collection:
The data acquisition system used was none other than the questionnaire process which is
usually consolidated for the gathering from google form. The questionnaire process is
worthwhile because it serves to collect numerous information about a requirement of the
institute.

Survey:
The type of questionnaire engaged was that of sample type keeping in thought the time
restraint and equipment, besides the viability of statistics examination. The sample
questionnaire thus being taken to the precise route to arrive at the coveted address was
deliberately designed to transform the process by using decided individuals.

lOMoARcPSD|19943785

DATA COMPLETION AND ANALYSIS

After the data was assembled, it was recorded and judgments of the requirement
of the institute were conferred accompanied by examination and diagnosis to
arrive reliable outcomes.

RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODOLOGY

Page | 27

Downloaded by nikhil garad (nikhil.garad1@gmail.com)

lOMoARcPSD|19943785

Research design suggests assuming that type procedure of analysis which is

most satisfactory for the analysis and examination of the predicament. For the
investigation and the analysis of the enigma, fitting material has to be decided
and obtained for the study. “A research perspective is the composition of
provisions for acquisition and analysis of data in a practice that intends to
connect significance to the analysis proposal with an economy in the system.”

It was inevitable to communicate with the student who can join the e-learning
courses to perceive their goals & develop skills.

A questionnaire had to be devised to accumulate estimable learning from

diverse individuals. The questionnaire was outlined pleasantly to adhere to the
intention of an analysis job.
