1: Sales Price decides your profit margins(products with low price have greater
competition and low profit so try to avoid them).

2:Revenue potential of product.Revenue should be consistent(if its low so market


potential of product is not good).

3:Reviews(if your competitor has higher reviews you have to compete with them. for
getting reviews you have to make sales and that need money so product review should
be less while selecting a product).

4:Dont compete with big brands and see brand dominency and skip those products
cause they have high competition.
(avoid 3 same brands in top 10 or avoid amazon in top 10).

5: Aoid Seasonal trends or products.(so find long term products).


(avoid trendy and seasonal products).(select all season product)

6:Avoid gated items(having patented designs) and Oversize items. Avoid items with
many variations.Avoid very fragile items or electronic items they require
certificates.

How to find GOLDEN KEYWORS of your competitor.

pick a product which looks similar to your product or which is making more revenue.
Pick ASIN of competitors product and put it in helium 10(cerebro)also pick market
place.
Use filter (Orgaic rank set it to 10 and search volume min should be 1000)now use
these filtered keyword in your listing and product title and description.
you should add value to your product by selling it in less price then competitor or
buy selling pack of 2 or something small with your product.

Amazon backend search terms:(hidden keywors which are not visible to customer)

can not be added in listing.


use single spaces to seperate keyword.
250 characters max limit of these keywords.
do not duplicate keyword from listing or title or description.
avoid irrelivent keyword.
do not include brand names or identifiers.
include synonym versions of your keywords.

go to seller central->inventory tab->manage inventory->add product(new page)-

select a search term on which you are getting inpressions and clicks but no sales.
then paste that selected search term in negative targetting.
now you will get no clicks on that keyword.

How to get Category Ungating on Amazon:

1:go to ungating service(like funnelguru.com) and ungate sepecify category from


them.
2:buy product from wholesaler(take its 10 units and invoice show invoice to amazon
and show images of those 10 units so category can be ungated).
categories which can be ungated from(pricemaster.com):
medicines,grocery,automotive,beauty.(in us using price masters invoice)

find a particular ASIN whose product is present in pricemaster. when we will me to


that ASIN they will give us a list for approval it will ask for brand approval or
invoice of wholeseller
so on price master your billing address should match your accout so your invoice
will be accepted.give them invoice and images for min 10 products to ungate
category on your own this is for usa.

listing with flat file:(use to create listings in bulk not one by one)

seller central->inventory->add products via upload->1:select type of product you


want to sell or select from product classifier categories->we can remove products
too.
2:select type of template->custom->available attribute groups->add required
attributes->generate template->excel sheet contain red columns which are mandatory

1:seller selling above MSRP price
2:sproduct sale become less and price set high
3: sellers not eligible for by box
4:listing not ok either images are not ok or missing bullet points.
