Write a report about the manufacturing process and

assembly of any metallic part. The report must start with


the introduction and application of the product,

followed by the manufacturing process. The
manufacturing process must begin from the casting of
the material till the assembly of the final product, either
CLO 1 & 3 by welding or mechanical means.

ME-220 (Fall 2022) At the end of the report, you must add a 2D/3D drawing
of the product with proper dimensioning. You have to
submit the drawing file along with the report.
Date of submission:
• This is a group assignment. Each group shall
9-01-2023 comprise at most 4 students.
• Final marks will depend upon the contribution of
individual students to the assignment.
• The report shall consist of at most 10 pages in its
body.

Report Contents:

1. Title page.
2. Letter of transmittal.
3. Table of content.
4. Body.
5. References.
