Operations Associate
(Rotational Day and Night Shift)
Operations Associate (Rotational Day and Night Shift) at TravClan is a
key role that focuses on managing end to end booking and related
operations across products while ensuring customer delight and timely
deliverables during late/night hours. Handling on-ground operations,
increasing GMV & processing bookings on time are some of the high
priority activities undertaken in the department.

Annual CTC
₹5-9 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities

Completing all bookings and Manage feedback and


flight operations related work escalations from customers
including cancellations, refunds, and vendors
etc. Ensure customer delight.
Coordination with suppliers to Demonstrate multitasking
ensure timely revert on quotes abilities
and booking details such as
vouchers, confirmations etc.
Coordinate with customers and
vendors to ensure timely delivery
Desired Candidate
Ethical, hardworking, and 'passionate about startups' mindset
Excellent structured problem-solving ability
Good understanding of different business verticals
Disciplined & process oriented
Presence of mind
Has prior experience in working night shifts
Experience in flight ticketing will be preferred
Willing to learn more
