Student’s Personal Imprest Account
The following personal expenses are recovered separately from the Student’s Personal Imprest
Account which should always be maintained at Rs 15,000 per student as per the School Policy.
Particulars of charges:
1) Text books 5) Registration charges with ICSE/ISC Board.
2) Note books (For Grade 9-12)
3) Other Stationery Items if any 6) Outside Medical Consultancy if required
4) Educational tours
Please Note:-
 The health and Safety Impress Deposit covers the cost of all chargeable incidentals such as
damage to the School property, replacement of lost books & fine etc.
 If a student plans to get transferred to another school, we need to receive a written notice 3
months prior to leaving BGIS and all dues need to be settled. Failing to do so will lead in losing
security deposit.
 A discount of Rs.1000/- shall be given to those who pay the total year fees as a single payment
in the beginning of the academic year.
 Second brother discount is 20%.
 Late fee fine of Rs.50/- per day after the due date.
 Cheque bouncing is a criminal offence. Kindly honor your cheque otherwise a fine of Rs. 5000/-
per week will be imposed.
 Students will not be permitted to appear in the final exam and no transfer certificate will be
issued if the fees are not paid in full.
 If the student is withdrawn by the parent for any personal reason or by the school for
misconduct anytime during the school year, there is no refund of fees & security deposit. Only
Imprest deposit will be refunded.
Please Note:
If the child is asked to discontinue by the Gurukula or if any parents want to take his child after
admission, in either case fees are non-refundable. Only Imprest balance amount will be refunded.
