AGENDA:

 Election of classroom officers


 Conduct of Induction of HRPTA and GPTA Officers
 Classroom policies
 Other Matters

The HGPTA meeting started in the morning right after the GPTA meeting adjourned. It
was a joint meeting with the grade 8 parents and adviser for the reason that almost all of the
parents of grade 8 are in grade 10 as well. The meeting started with a prayer followed by
singing of the Philippine National Anthem. Followed by an opening remark, given by the
adviser, Ms. Lhinever T. Gilhang.
The first agenda of the said meeting was the election of set of officers for grade X –
Pearl for S.Y. 2022-2023, after few minutes of election, Mrs. Catherine Dacallos, was elected
as the newly HRPTA President.
Right after the election, the conduct of Induction of the newly elected HRPTA and
GPTA officers was tackled. All were set with the menu and things to be brought and done,
however there is still no final date for the said activity.
Classroom Policies were also discussed. Parents agreed with all the things that had
been decided.
At exactly 12:00 noon the HRPTA Meeting was adjourned.
