DR. ASIMENG Recommendation Letter
Dear Sir/Madam
GRADUATE SCHOOL LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION FOR JOSEPH DWAMENA
I am deeply delighted to write to you to recommend Mr. Joseph Dwamena for admission to the
Birmingham City University to pursue his Masters degree in Medical Engineering Applications
for Healthcare graduate program. I receive numerous requests to write these types of
recommendation letters every year. However, it is only on behalf of a few remarkable students
that I recommend whom I feel are competent for the program of their choice. Mr. Dwamena is
one of those students and therefore I highly recommend that he will be offered the opportunity to
attend your university.
I have known Joseph for the past four years and was pleased to serve as his lecturer in both
Physics and Tissue Engineering at the department of Biomedical Engineering at the University
of Ghana. Throughout the course, Joseph showed tremendous perseverance and ambitions.
Joseph was not only enthusiastic and motivated to learn but also put in enormous work into
understanding the course to his own experience and expanding his own ideas about each topic
that we discuss in class.
As Joseph’s lecturer, I was amused to witness Joseph prove his high level of understanding in
advance physics concepts and then utilize them to real world problems, his participation in class
discussions was always welcome as he asks questions that are well thought out.
Joseph is highly an intelligent and possess strong analytic and problem skills. Joseph also
illustrated good teamwork skills in group tasks and projects. At a personal level, Joseph is
hardworking, well discipled, goal-oriented, reliable and industrious student who is dedicated in
all of his tasks. He has excellent written and vocal communication skills and can form cordial
relationships with individuals of all ages.
Joseph is undoubtedly an excellent candidate for your graduate program in Medical Engineering
Applications for Healthcare. He has demonstrated himself to have the endurance, desire and
academic expertise vital to complete a graduate program. I would therefore highly recommend
you accept Joseph into this program. I am confident he would be an exceptional positive asset to
your program and your university community. I am pleased to provide you with more
information on this commendable student, please feel free to contact me through the email I have
provided.
Your Sincerely,
