This study will use the total enumeration of 25 students in a 7th grade class in Jose

This study aims to evaluate the impact of reading comprehension on the higher-order
thinking skills of seventh graders. The researcher is motivated to pursue this study to assess the
true situation of the learners during this pandemic, especially because this subject emphasizes
the need to communicate and look for reliable source of information. There were 25

to express their willingness to guide other teachers’ implementation of the said research for
professional growth and development. If given the chance to present the results of this action research
