The nurse-patient interaction began on March 10, 2023, at about 8:00 am and lasted for
approximately one hour before coming to an end. Before the interaction, the patient is already
done with breakfast. She possesses a medium build, short hair, black eyes, fair skin, symmetrical
features, and wears corrective glasses. The patient is an adult female who is 30 years old. She is
well-groomed and free of offensive odors. During the course of the interview, she maintained a
cheerful demeanor, which gave the impression that she was enjoying herself. Since the patient is
now familiar with the nurse, the two of them can begin to establish a nurse-patient relationship.
The atmosphere was soothing and quiet. The living room was spotless and completely free from
distractions. The room remained comfortably cool and pleasant due to the electric fans. The
room is well lit and ventilated.
