Dear Radwa,
Your situation is very common.
So how do you improve your English writing so that you can write emails to your
clients? Well, if you are writing business or personal letters (confirmations,
cancellations, thank you, apology, inquiry, complaint etc) then I highly
recommend EnglishExpress letter templates.
Last year I had to create a business writing course which showcased hundreds of
different letter types and I needed to create sample letters for each category.
I had no idea how I was going to get inspired and how I could demonstrate various
expressions and techniques that are used in different letters.
Then I found EnglishExpress and I was amazed at the amount of information they
provided. I have and highly recommend the 4,001 Business, Sales & Personal
Letters...yes 4,001 different templates!!! Not only do they have wonderful templates
their website is fantastic.
Do you need to apologize to a client or friend? Just click on the apology letter page
and you will find a step by step guide to help you write it. They also include tips on how
to express yourself properly (not to mention that these tips are FREE).
If you are serious about improving your letter writing and need additional help (or
would like to improve faster) the 4001 templates is a must!
Whenever you need to write a letter, you just open the application in your word
processor, select the type of letter you need to write and then you choose between 2 or
3 sample letters, which you can customize.
It really is an amazing tool for anyone who needs help writing letters and emails.
If you use the 4,001 templates combined with the tips from their websites on a daily
basis you will definitely notice an improvement in your writing and your confidence.
(Even in as little as 2 months).
