Executive Summary
Objectives The activity aims to:
 Accomplish and submit a signed IPCRF Part I-IV

Key Results Teachers were also properly guided as to the process on their
performance review, MOVs, school forms to be complied and with all
the tasks to be accomplished for the end of S.Y. 2021-2022.
Narrative Report Teachers play a crucial role in improving the quality of the teaching
learning process. Good teachers are vital to raising student
achievement. Hence, enhancing teacher quality ranks foremost in the
many educational reform efforts toward quality education.

The School Heads and Master Teachers, as mentors in the


performance review process gathered at exactly 9:00 AM. The activity
started with an Opening Prayer by Ann Martha S. Reas, followed with
the checking of attendance. The topics being discussed was RPMS/PPST
- Performance Review /MOVs , and School Forms.

As a result everybody agreed to accomplish all the outputs/tasks


for the school year. The activity assisted the teachers to do the school
year tasks with great determination.
Teaching is not just a mere profession. One should have patience and
courageous heart to be called a teacher. It is not easy to fulfill all the
task placed on our shoulder, yet at the end of the day, the fact that we
teachers make a great impact on the learners, no matter what trials,
Lesson learned obstacles we encounter we must be resilient enough as we say “Go
Education”. With everyone’s full support and collaborative efforts, best
performance can be achieved.

Issues Encountered The observation of health and safety protocols while gathering was
strictly observed, hence the movement and inter-action among
teachers had limitations for safety precautions.
Recommendation Good planning and preparation should always be considered in every
activity and with the full support and cooperation among School
Administrators, MTs and teachers; will result to best activity outcomes.
