The meeting started with a prayer led by Miss Jamille Joy Tugay and followed by checking of
the attendance by Mr. Aldrine Catalan, Grade Leader of Kinder. A welcome remark was given
by Dr. Flora D. Domer. She emphasized the role of teachers especially in this time of
pandemic.

The undersigned took over for the session proper. The following topics were presented and
discussed.

2. Findings / Observations and Recommendations
3. Technical Assistance / Intervention Provided to Teachers
4. Strategies that Sustain a Supportive Learning Environment for Learners

Providing varied activities to learners were given an emphasis with the diversity of pupils that
we have, to address their different learning needs.

The use of different teachers made activity sheets can further enhance the learning process
and to make the lesson more interesting and enjoyable to pupils.
The sharing of teachers’ insights regarding the topics, made the session more engaging and
added valuable learnings to everyone.

The session ended at 10:00 o’clock in the morning with a closing prayer by Mrs. Ma. Isabel O.
Marino.
