1. Blackjack Counting
Values of the Cards in Blackjack:
The suits of the cards do not have any meaning in the game.
The value of a hand is the sum of the cards on the hand - for example, hand
containing 3, 8 and 10 has the value of 21. (3+8+10 = 21)
A hand that contains an Ace is called a ‘soft’ total as the Ace can be counted as either
1 or 11 without going over 21. For example, Ace and 6 is a soft 17 (1,11+6 =
7,17). The meaning results from the fact that the Player can always draw another
card to a soft hand with no danger of ‘busting’ by going over 21. Card total of an
Ace, 6 and 10 on the other hand is a 17, since now the Ace must be counted only
as 1, because counting it as 11 would make the hand go over 21.
Cards suits:
Hearts
Clubs
Diamonds
Spades

2. Blackjack Rules
The Player’s aim of the game is to beat the Dealer’s hand.
The best combination is a Blackjack - when the Player/Dealer has 21 from the first two
cards A + card by value of 10 (10,J,Q,K) – Ace+10 or Ace+Jack, or Ace+Queen, or Ace
+King – all Blackjack. Blackjack beats any other combination such as 21 made up of three
or more cards or Ace and a 10 value card after splitting Aces or 10s.
There are 7 boxes (seats) at the table. Players have to place their bets during the
countdown(16 seconds)- before the Dealer calls “No more bets”. Cards are dealt from left
to right. For each box that is occupied with valid bets the Dealer deals two cards – ‘Initial
cards’. The Dealer’s second card is called the hidden card because it is dealt facedown and
will be shown only after the Player on the last box will make his decision.
After dealing the initial cards, every Player has to make a decision whether they want to
take another card - Hit or not - Stand. In some cases they have other options such as
Double Down, Split or Insurance.
PLAYER’S OPTIONS
Hit - Player requests for another card to be dealt. Player may choose to hit at any time
before standing.
Stand – Player desires to keep the hand that has been dealt.
Split – If the Player's first two cards are of the same value (i.e. 7 and 7, or Q and K) the
hand can be split into 2 separate hands by placing a second wager of equal value. The
Player then proceeds to draw cards as usual, with these exceptions: If a Player splits two
aces, only one additional card is dealt for each hand. A hand totaling 21 after splitting aces
is considered 21, not a Blackjack.
Double Down - When the Player receives the initial cards it is possible to ‘Double Down’ -
this is done by placing a second wager of an equal value and receiving one card only. After
that the hand automatically stands. Players can Double Down on the first two cards only.
Insurance – When the Dealer’s open card is an Ace, Insurance gives a chance for the
Players to protect themselves when they believe that the Dealer might have
Blackjack. It costs half of the price of their initial bet.
5
DRAWING RULES OF THE DEALER
Dealer has to stand on 17 and soft 17 as well. (A soft hand is any hand with an Ace
i.e. Ace +6=17.)
When the Dealer has an Ace the maximum combination is announced only i.e. Ace + 3 is
announced as 14.
Too Many (Bust) - Achieved when the total value of the cards for either the Dealer or
the Player exceeds 21. If the Player busts the wager is lost, if the Dealer busts the
Player automatically wins the wager.
Push – This is achieved when the value of the GP’s cards and the Player's cards are equal
(from 17 to 21), resulting in neither winning nor losing. In that case the Players` wager
will be returned.

3.Cards Placement on a Blackjack Table
After closing the bets, Dealer starts to deal, from left to right, first row of face up
cards for each active Player, then a face up card for the Dealer. After that - a second
row of face up cards for each active Player and in the end one facedown card for the
Dealer (hidden card always is the last one.) In the beginning of the game, each
active Player receives two face up cards and the Dealer receives one face up and one
facedown card – the name of these cards is ‘Initial cards’.
In the beginning of the game, under each active Player appears a LED light
(indicated with red points in the picture below.) Distance between the LED light and
the cards should be approximately 2-3cm. The LED lamp must stay in the middle of
the card to keep a proper space for cards on each box.
7
Position of cards on boxes 2 to 7 during the initial deal
Dealer must cover only the suit of the cards, nominal
should always stay visible.
When the round is finished, Dealer need use “scissor” or “hook” technique to
remove the cards from the table. Important to keep the cards in order. Cards should
be cleaned in a specific order - starting from the dealer's cards - moving on to the
players' cards, from right to left, without mixing the sequence.
8
Card position after ‘HIT’ – during the game, if the
Player has decided to choose a ‘Hit’ option, the position
of the cards should be:
9
Card position for a ‘SPLIT’ – after choosing this
option, Dealer splits the cards. The first initial
card goes to the left and the second initial card is
placed to the right.

middle of the

3.1 Issues with Card Placement
If there is no place for one more card for the Player on the 1st box, move the
cards:
Put the hand on the cards;
Move the hand forward;
Move the hand to the left, so the cards do not cover the LED light;
If it is not convenient to place the cards for next boxes or cards cover the logo of the
table, Game Presenter needs to close the barcodes - starting from the bottom card (leaving
the nominal visible);
If there is no space for an additional card to be placed on boxes 2-7 - move all the
cards at the current seat (except 1st box) a little bit to the right covering the nominal;
If there is no space horizontally for an additional card to be placed on seats 2-7, Dealer can
partially or in extreme situations fully cover the nominal. Dealer must move all the cards
one by one (starting from the last one) slightly to the right covering the nominal. Neighbor
Player’s cards should not be covered.
When the hands aren’t visible, hands are under the table.
After game presenter is taking/placing the bonus cards from/behind the poster

5. Dealers Change
Game Presenter, who comes from the break or from another table, should stand exactly
behind the Game Presenter who should be changed. In order to inform about the Dealers
change the Game Presenter sitting at the table has to be tapped on the right shoulder by
the Game Presenter who has come to the table.
Dealer change can be performed only if the next Game Presenter is behind and already has
tapped on the shoulder.
1. Sit down, scan ID while greeting players and announcing your name;
2. Place ID card in the holder;
3. Show palms and Fix the shoe;
4. Close bets while wishing players success e.g. “no more bets, good luck”;
5. Start new game;
Very important - it is not allowed to be late from the break, because it delays the
Dealer change on every table.
Optimal time for the dealer’s change is 10 sec. It’s counted from the moment ID card is
scanned till the moment first card is scanner for the game.
Dealers’ change can happen only during betting time. Once “BETS CLOSED” appears, one
more round should be played before dealers’ change takes place. Only basic, necessary info
should be said during dealers’ change (when coming or leaving the table) to avoid game
delays.
During the game, the Game Presenter must announce that this will be the final
game before changing the shoe
12
When the cutting card comes out, it gets scanned and, on the screen, will appear “Cutting
Card” message. Game Presenter informs Players about shoe change and finishes the game.
After the game “Please change/shuffle cards” message appears until new cards are dealt.
SHOE CHANGE
If table has a spare shoe the following procedure should take place:
Cutting card comes out and it gets scanned;
Screen shows message “Cutting Card”;
Game Presenter informs the Players about the shoe change;
Game Presenter finishes the game;
Game Presenter follows the ‘shoe change’ procedure. The Game Presenter starts a
new game with the new shoe. Screen showing ‘Shuffle / Shoe change’ sign will
remain until the first card from the new shoe passes over the scanner);
If the screen is still showing ‘Shuffle/Shoe change’ the Game Presenter should click
the button ‘SCREEN’ and wait for further instructions;
If the shoe on the additional table is not ready (not shuffled), Game Presenter must
press on “shoe” button to inform shufflers that the shoe on the additional table isn’t
ready. On the “shoe” button Game Presenter should press when approximately 1
deck (52 cards) is left in the shoe before cutting card comes out.
When the cutting card is on the table and the Dealers change is coming, Game
Presenter is able leave the table only after the shoe is changed.
CARDS CHANGE
Card change is split between 3 shifts;
For the part time tables on table opening shuffler comes at the shuffler’s table for
the cards change, in the same time GP scans the cutting card and starts preparation
of shoe for the shoe change.
After the first cards change is done (by shuffler cards are changed and shoe is shuffled)
GP can start the first round.
If Shuffler is not at the shuffler’s table when Part time table is opened - GP must
report to SM (by clicking TALK button) that Shuffler did not come yet and
follow instructions of SM. If GP starts dealing without permission on the part time
table , before cards change is done, it’s considered as GP mistake.
13
On 24/7 tables GP scan cutting card when cutting card comes out and after the game
proceeds with the shoe change procedure.
On 24/7 tables there is no necessity to wait if there are not active players - GP prepares
the cards for the shoe change, scans one cutting card and proceeds with shoe change.
On 24/7 tables GP scan cutting card when cutting card comes out and after the game
proceeds with the shoe change.
No need to send message about cards change anymore - no matter table no
operates Part time or 24/7!
1. SHUFFLER comes to the table and informs GAME PRESENTER about the cards change
2. GAME PRESENTER prepares the shoe as not ready, scans the CC
3. SERVICE MANAGER pressing “Shoe Change” button to send the message in chat
4. GAME PRESENTER takes new shoe from shuffle table, places it on playing table
5. GAME PRESENTER put the not ready shoe on the shuffle table
6. GAME PRESENTER continues dealing with a new shoe
7. SHUFFLER change cards and makes shuffle on shuffle table and leaves

7. Signaling System
Service Manager is
checking the issue
To make sure that the cards are coming out of the shoe in a smoothly, Game Presenter
can adjust them with a sliding movement from the last card using the tips of the fingers.
It should be done in the following cases:
After GP joins the table and before 1st game has started;
After dealing initial cards for 5 or more seats (before giving Players extra cards);
After every game;
After the cutting card/bonus card has come out of the shoe;
Whenever the Game Presenter considers that the shoe should be fixed
Which button corresponds to which issue:
If there are no buttons on the screen or signaling system does not work:
Game Presenter must ask the neighbor table to call Service Manager and provide with table
number.
The neighbor Game Presenter must press ‘TALK’ and pass the information to the SM by
saying: “Table number … needs assistance”.
Exception:
If the cards are appearing on the screen too slow and appear on the boxes with a delay -
Dealer can press the button SCREEN and Service Manager will refresh the system between
the games. Game Presenter does not have to stop the game in this case.
When the Game Presenter is not sure about something and it is needed for the
Service Manager to check it:

COMMON PICTURE
GENERAL
22
VIOLATION POLICY:
Either 1 or 2 points are assigned to each 'Violation' subtype. In case GP has 2 points during
1 month, (s)he is not eligible for bonus in that particular month. It means that GP will not
get bonus if (s)he has 2 one-point violations or 1 two-point violation. e.g.
GP has (GP)Violation - Didn`t attend workshop/re-training (1 point) and (GP)Violation - Not
proper clothing on a gaming floor (1 point). GP is not eligible for bonus due to having 2
points.
GP has (GP)Violation - Not prepared for the shift (2 points). GP is not eligible for bonus due
to having 2 points.
Bonus should be given if GP has only one point during the month.
25
EMPLOYEE – PLAYER CONTACT
Any contact with the customers outside the workplace is strictly forbidden;
If you have been contacted by a Player outside the workplace, you MUST
report the issue immediately, otherwise when investigating the situation
there might be serious consequences as immediate termination or even a
criminal case initiation;
Game Presenter should:
Block the customer on the site where the communication has happened;
Inform the Team Leader and provide with the following information:
Where Player contacted you;
Player’s name or nickname;
Date and time;
10. Strategy
25
3 main rules of strategy:
Highlight Player choosing Double Down and receiving a score of 18,19,20 by saying:
‘Good double’ and when receiving 21 ‘Perfect double’;
If a Player is doubling a soft hand with a low score and gets 18,19,20 or 21 you can
call it ‘A nice decision’ or say: ‘Well played.’
Special Congratulations:
Blackjack;
Successful Double Down;
Successful Split;
26
11. Side bets
Blackjack includes optional side bets – Perfect Pairs and 21+3. Players may place
side bets in a combination with their main Blackjack bet. They have the chance to win
on any side bet, regardless of whether or not they later win on the main bet.
Perfect Pair - the Perfect Pair bet gives the chance to win if the first two cards
comprise any pair – for example, two Queens, two Aces or two 3’s. There are three
types of pairs, each with a different pay out:
21+3 - the 21+3 bet gives the chance to win if the first two cards plus the Dealer’s
up card comprise any of the following winning combinations (similar to those in
Poker), each with a different pay out:
An identical triplet,
Suited Trips 100:1
e.g. 3 Aces of Spades
Same suit,
Flush 5:1
e.g. 3, 8 and 10 of Hearts.
• PP - Perfect Pair
• CP - Colored Pair
• MP - Mixed Pair
• ST - Suited Trips
• SF - Straight Flush
• TK - Three of a Kind
• S - Straight
• F - Flush
In a case when the Player wins with side bets, the chips stay visible till the end of
the game. In a case when the Player does not win with side bets, the chips disappear
after initial cards are dealt.
Game Presenters can announce side bet winnings on all tables.
28
12. Bets Behind
Bet Behind feature makes Blackjack much more exciting and social
Bet Behind limits are lower, so if a player is not so mature in Blackjack or table is full, they could
try to play by placing a Bet Behind. Game Presenters should encourage newcomers to play.
If there are Bet Behind winners, the Game Presenter should congratulate Bet Behind players as
well.
If the number of Bet Behind players is growing Game Presenter should comment on that also.
Bet Behind bet is settled based upon the game decisions made by the main player.
Bet Behinder can decide whether to accept or reject the placement of insurance bet.
Side Bets aren’t possible to Bet Behinders.
Pay outs for Bet Behind Players are the same as for main Players.
Bet Behind Player can choose, which main Player to bet behind,
Player’s hotness means how many games in a row have they won.
Player can confirm their settings for Bet Behind. They can later change their selections in
Settings.
22
29
13. Decision in Advance (Pre-decision)
In a standard game of Blackjack, once the first two cards are dealt, each Player has
to wait while Players before him make a decision, and only then they have rights
to make their betting decisions.
Decisions in advance cut out this waiting time by allowing the Players in seats 2-7
to choose an option. In other words, Players do not have to wait for their turn –
they can make their initial decision to Hit, Stand, Double Down or Split at the same
time as the Player 1 is asked to make his/her initial betting decision.
Decision in advance not only makes the game faster for Players, it also enables more
games per hour.
For player who do not make any decision on live tables auto “Hit” decision is made
with a total score 11 or under and auto “Stand” decision is made with total score 12
or over.
14.Promotion
There are several tables with promotions. It is a great opportunity for the Players to win extra
money.
BONUS CARDS
The Bonus cards are there in order to give an additional gift to the players. The values for
these bonuses are determined solely by the casino. Thus, the amount varies. Bonus card types
- they can be only few hours, specific day, daily, seasonal and even 24hours a day.
The bonus card values can be different (cash bonuses, free bets, free spins, live draw entrance
tickets, sport bets).
In a one shoe can be loaded more than 2 cards.
30
23
Processes:
Inserting the bonus cards;
Dealing out the bonus cards;
Removing the bonus cards from the table;
COMMON:
When the bonus card is scanned, a pop-up window on the screen will inform the
Game Presenter that the bonus card has been scanned;
The Game Presenters must put the bonus card correctly above the winning box
facing the Player, congratulate the winner and proceed with the game play;
If bonus card comes out during the game (Player asked for a card), the bonus card
should be dealt to the Player who pressed HIT, DOUBLE DOWN or SPLIT;
When the bonus card was dealt to the Dealer's hand, the Game Presenter
has to show the bonus card to the Players and say:
"LADIES AND GENTLEMEN THE BONUS CARD WAS DEALT TO THE DEALER.
I WILL PROCEED TO PUT THE BONUS CARD BACK INTO THE SHOE."
Then Dealer has to put this bonus card back into the shoe so that it will come out
once more before the end of the shoe (BEFORE the cutting card).

Stress
If your heart is beating so loudly you can barely hear yourself think or your palms are
sweaty, and your mouth is dry, you are probably nervous. Being nervous is a normal
reaction that all humans experience when facing challenging events.
Smile
Smiling may seem like an involuntary response to something cute or funny, but it is much
more than that.
Studies suggest that smiling, forced or not, can have a positive effect on your mood,
decrease stress levels, and even makes everyone around you feel better. When a person
is smiling, he appears to be a much more trustworthy than the one who keeps a ‘poker
face’.
Breathing
Equal breathing – When taking regular breaths, a person’s autonomic nervous system
calms down and it naturally reduces stress hormones in the body. It also helps the mind to
focus.
Exercise:
Begin with slowly counting to four as you inhale;
Take a moment at the top of your inhale with the lungs full of air;
Then again count to four as you exhale;
Again, take a moment to feel empty;
Then inhale once again while counting to four;
Continue this pattern for a while, but if feeling dizzy – stop.
