SUBJECT: ACTION Required: Updated iStore Website Address

Dear Distributor Partner,

Ingersoll Rand is combining our Industrial segment with Gardner Denver to create one industrial company. Our
Industrial segment will become a standalone organization. The transaction is expected to close in early 2020.

As a result of the separation, there are impacts to the iStore portal websites serving EU, LA, Canada, and
MEIA. You are receiving this message because you are a partner to an Ingersoll Rand Industrial location(s)
and a user of our iStore portal.

 The current iStore address will be unavailable 1/31/2020 at 7 PM EST through (approximately)
2/4/2020 at 6 PM EST.
 A NEW iStore website address will be effective on 2/4/2020 at 6 PM EST.
o The new website address is:
https://icebsprdportal.ingersollrand.com/OA_HTML/ibeCAcdLogin.jsp
o ACTION: Update your web bookmarks with the new website address listed above and
begin using after the effective date of 2/4/2020 at 6 PM EST.

Affected Businesses: This change only applies to Ingersoll Rand Industrial locations. If you are working with
Trane Technologies location(s) (Trane/Thermo King), continue to use the existing iStore website address as
usual until further notice.

Please note that your User ID and Password will NOT change. The updated website address is the only
change affecting the iStore log in process.
