• The company recognizes exceptional performance and contributions of employees through the
Employee of the Month program. The program acknowledges employees who have demonstrated
exceptional customer/client service, individual work skills, teamwork, gone beyond their job roles, or
exhibited exceptional performance.

nominated employees, their contributions to the company, and the impact of their actions on the
company.
