4.1ntroductory activity Activity: The teacher will show picture.

This injury may happen in, what particular event?
What will you do if this injury happened in your family?
What do you call an immediate care given to him or her?

 What is first aid?
 Is it important to know the first aid of the different injuries?
4.2 Activity
( 10min)  The teacher will let the students to watch a video clip containing the different injuries and the
corresponding first aid treatment.

4.3 Analysis
(8mins.) Guide questions:
How would you treat sprains? Cramps? Heat exhaustion?
How could you avoid heat exhaustion?
Can we prevent injuries in sport?
What would you do if there were injuries happened? What would you apply for a certain
injury?
Why is first aid important? Can we help others through our knowledge and skills in first
aid? How?
4.4Abstraction
(10mins)  Describe the importance of first aid to self, family and others.
 The teacher will make inputs about first aid of the different injuries related to dance.

4.5 Application Act it Out!


(20mins) A .Group Activity: The class will be divided into groups. Execute a 2-3 minutes pantomime showing a good
first aider for dance related injuries helping in a certain emergency situations in open court.
