1. Undersigned PCO is respectfully requesting for the approval of his


reassignment from PNP Special Action Force to PNP Air Unit for the following reasons:

a. To be a part of this highly specialized unit, gain knowledge on


administrative, operational and technical aspect in the field of aviation;

b. I suffered an injury while on training, thus rendering me ineffective and


unable to continue my foundation course, which is a primary requirement in the PNP
Special Action Force;

c. My technical and technological skills may assist in the further growth


and fulfillment of the unit’s mission.

2. Undersigned shall guarantee the highest degree of satisfactory performance


and professionalism in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.

3. Hoping that this request will be granted favorable consideration from your
end.
