2. In connection with the above references, please be informed that at


about 8:00AM of June 09, 2019, the Pateros Municipal Police Station under the
supervision of PCOL SEGUNDO C LAGUNDI JR, Acting Chief of Police, headed by
PLTCOL JOEY T GOFORTH, ACOP, for Administration conducted the “Police
Procedure in Responding to Bomb Threats” seminar participated by the SWAT
and TMRU personnel of this Station held at Conference Room, Pateros
Headquarters.

3. The seminar was lectured by PCMS Bernardo W Miranda, a Master EOD,
expert in Explosive Ordnance Disposal and head of EOD unit in Pateros MPS. The
seminar aims to enhance and evaluate the capability and preparedness of SWAT/
TMRU in responding to critical incidents like Bomb Threats and to maintain
peacefulness in our AOR.

4. The activity ended at about 12:00 NN of the same date. Attached herewith
is the attendance sheet and photographs taken during the activity.
