Veggie Tea will be established at Western Nautical Highway, Barangay Balintawak, Escalante City. The
business intend to pursue the student’s population, workers, and residents here in Escalante City as its target
market. It does not limit its target market for those, since the business belongs to service industry, everyone
could be its target market but the proponent categories as the main target.
The business will stand to serve all possible residents and tourists of Barangay Balintawak, Escalante
City. Since Barangay Balintawak becomes the center point of the town, all neighboring barangays comes here so
it is then expected that the number of people to be targeted are much larger and greater. Escalante City belongs
to the province of Negros Occidental, Negros Island, Western Visayas. The Philippines experiences two seasons
the wet and dry and so this city does for it belongs within the Philippine archipelago.
Veggie Tea caters all possible target market who loves and want a healthy Milk tea . The target market
of this business is unified. It can either be male or female, from kids to adulthood, individuals regardless of social
and income status, either employed in public or private sectors or agency, unemployed or a student. The store
also cater those who are either graduate or undergraduate, single or married and regarding the family size as

health of many Filipino. Due to this, the Filipinos become more conscious and careful especially in dealing with
other people. This also affects the way they buy their foods and on what to eat. This also affects their outdoors
activities. From the point of view of businesses, they predict that less people - only around half of its maximum
service capacity - will come to their stores due to this virus outbreak in order not to be infected.
B. POLITICAL-LEGAL
So far, there is no law passed nor enacted that could negatively affect this kind of business. No law is
against the selling of this kind of beverages in the city of Escalante.

Majority of the people living at Escalante City are Filipinos and Christian, there is no law and there is no any
customs and beliefs that hinder the selling of such products. Drinking flavored teas do not affect and does not
alters the tradition, custom and beliefs of the Escalantehanon. In fact, during special occasions like birthdays,
fiestas, Christmas and other related celebrations, this beverages is so in demand here at Escalante City.

Knowing that the Philippines has two seasons namely, the wet and dry season, this turns out to be one of
the business advantage. The seven warmest months of the year from March to October is when cold drinks like
milk tea are most likely good to offer. The winter monsoon brings cooler air from November to February
wherein hot-serving of tea in meals and snacks are perfect fit for this time. It can still be consumed at any season
depending on the specifications of the customers. Most time of the year has good weather conditions, although
some materials can be affected with this unpredictable climate changes, it is still favorable for climate changes
takes longer span of time to complete its cycle.
Escalante City located on the island of Negros, western part of Visayas were not that prone to natural
calamities. The city is not a flooded area, it is located on plateau terrain far from mountains where there is no
possible landslides, no volcano in the area and currently no active volcano recorded at the proximity of the
province meaning no probability for any volcanic eruptions and volcanic activities. Barangay Balintawak of
Escalante City is located far from coastal areas so there is no possibilities that this can be affected with storm
surge. Typhoons are inevitable but can be predicted and monitored by PAG-ASA so people can prepared long
enough for this. Indeed, the business location of Shake, Veggie Tea is a safe place.

that if you taste our veggie tea your money that you paid off will not be wastes, cause our product is very
affordable and delicious. Aside for Carrot Milktea, Banana milk with boba, Wintermelon, strawberry and
especially our sweet potato milk with brown sugar boba we also have an additional product to be served. It will
come with recycable bottle packaging with the logo of our business to ensure the freshness of our Veggie Tea

year of operation and it will less ₱ 881,250 for the operating expenses for the first whole year. The
estimated net income will be ₱ 437,620. For the second year of operation, it will increase 10% of total
