Jan 2020 To March 2021 WASH Program Coordinator in TADAMUN Social Society (TASS) NGO in
Garowe, Punt land Somalia
▪ Manage the WASH team human resources and provide technical support, training
and capacity building.
▪ Manage the program budget through the passing of timely orders, the
preparation of monthly forecasts and the monitoring of expenditure.
▪ Track the progress of activities, ensure the collecting of program indicators and
provide on-time internal status reports and external donor reports.

▪ Oversee and manage the Water Sanitation and Hygiene Project in an IDP settlement
site
▪ Coordinate and mobilize community user groups, including formation of effective
household based sanitation committees and water user management committees to
within each of the two refugee camps

sanitation, and hygiene conditions in the ministry
