Course De- I. The course provides students practical application of knowledge in
scriptions strategic management as applied in the workplace. It provides stu-
dents an avenue to develop skills in critical thinking and analysis in as-
sessing an organization’s external and internal environment and its im-
pact to an organization’s competitive advantage through case studies
and active participation in the exchange of experiences. The course
discusses topics on strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and
strategy evaluation among others.
